I completed a syllabus, lesson plan, and unit plan for a blended online learning course. I learned
that to facilitate technology, you must be extremely knowledge about various technological

students.

2. How did this learning relate to the knowledge (what must you know), skills (what must you
be able to do) and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs, enthusiasm) required of a technology
facilitator or technology leader? (Refer to the standards you selected in Part I. Use the
language of the PSC standards in your answer and reflect on all 3—knowledge, skills, and
dispositions.)
This field experience related to the knowledge I needed to complete this field experience because I
needed to understand the various tools and resources available to help me develop these resources.
I had to have the proper skills to utilize various digital tools necessary to help me design and
develop the content. Finally, I had to have a positive attitude that despite the various challenges
presented within my current school, I must be able to devise and develop a plan to utilize
resources and tools that support all of my diverse students’ needs.

3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or
student learning at your school. How can the impact be assessed?

This field experience will greatly impact student learning because they are going to learn how to
use all of these artifacts that I created in order to participate in personalized learning experiences
that contribute to their academic success.
