A 20-year-old female patient complained of pain in her upper front teeth. After examination, she was diagnosed with a periapical abscess with multiple perforations on tooth #11. Pre-operative x-rays revealed perforations at the cervical and middle thirds of the root. During treatment, mineral trioxide aggregate was used to fill the perforations and a post-endodontic composite restoration was placed. Post-operative x-rays confirmed the treatment.
