 Supervising highly motivated sales team of the branch which includes 4 Assistant managers, each
AM handling individual channels, apart from this taking care of credit, collection and operations team
of the branch, apart from this supervising the entire OFF Role staff of the branch.
 Generating revenue through loans and insurance and converting it into a profit centre.
 Supervising relationship with HNI clients of the team and providing an extended support to the
customers to maintain long term relations.

 Played major role in recruiting Punjab and Haryana team (CRM's) and setting up Amritsar branch.

 Taking care of recruitment, training, remuneration of full time employee and off roles as well.

 Handling entire administration of the branch, reviewing the branch achievement visa versa to
objectives laid down.
 Ensuring 100% compliance in the branch as per the company and RBI guidelines.

 Handling collections as well along with the collections manager for entire Amritsar location.
