A lear site off bushes, scrubs undergrowth and the like


including grubbing up their roots and burn the arising on site as directed

B Mass excavate in red soils to remove top vegetable soil


not exceeding 1500 mm deep from the existing ground
level and cart away and dispose the arising to a
location authorised by the local town council.

C Excavate trenches in normal soil for strip foundation not exceeding 1.50 M deep from
the reduced level

E. Extra over excavation in all classes of rock

Load, cart away and spread extra excavation material on site as directed by the Architect

K Gladiator or other equal and approved anti-termite insecticide to hardcore surface applied
in accordance with Manufacturer's written instructions
