COMES NOW, Petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, hereby


respectfully submits proof as listed herein below, that herein Petitioner has
complied with the Order of the Court dated February 28, 2020 directing the
said Petitioner to submit documents in accordance with the requirements of
A.M. 02-11-10:
1. Certificate of Residency issued by Barangay Rizal, Jordan Guimaras
marked as Annex “A1” and “A2”
2. House Location Sketch marked as Annex “B”;
3. My Sworn Statement as Counsel of Record affirming and confirming
that I personally verified petitioner’s residence marked as Annex “C”;
4. Supporting document:
a. Voter’s ID
b. Community Tax Certificate
c. NBI Clearance

The Court’s Order was received by herein Petitioner through counsel on


March 12, 2020. Thus the Petitioner has complied with the court’s order to
submit within the five days from receipt of the Order. Copies of the above-

described petition have likewise been served to the Office of the Solicitor
General and the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in Guimaras.
