An everyday invention that is described is the cell phone. [Paragraph 1] It was invented in 1983 by Rudy Krolopp of Motorola as the first large-scale mobile phone prototype. Before then, people did not have an easy way to communicate from anywhere. [Paragraph 2] A cell phone is made of plastic and metal and allows users to communicate through voice calls as well as access additional functions like a camera, calendar, internet, and GPS. [Paragraph 3] Cell phones have evolved to take on many additional functions beyond voice calls like playing music, videos, messaging, and more, making them very useful inventions that many people rely on daily.

A daily invention that I use regularly is my cell phone because it allows me to • necessary / helpful /
communicate from almost anywhere. Although its main function is voice useful / convenient
communication, it also has other functions such as camera, calendar, internet
access, video playback and even GPS and mp3 player.

The first large-scale mobile phone prototype was designed by the engineer Rudy
Krolopp, of the Motorola company, in 1983. This phone weighed 0.74 kg, and was
worth $ 4000.

A next-generation mobile phone allows not only to make calls, but to play music
and videos, take photos and small movies, transmit the recorded, as well as consult
the Internet, send and receive emails, text messages and graphics, contain features
such as personal agenda and calculator, electronic games and you can even watch
digital television for them.
