EXECUTIVE SUMMARY (3 YEARS CONTRACT)


BELOW ARE THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT / AGREEMENT.

This document is a contract reached between the management of Nippon


Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (hereafter, "NYK Group”) as the employer and
Ramadhan Ilyas Rangga the employee. Below are the terms of the contract.

1.00 : APPOINTMENT LETTER


After our recruitment exercise, the management of Nippon Yusen Kabushiki
Kaisha (hereafter, "NYK Group”) has decided to offer you a job on our
vessel. Hence, we seek to employ your services as stated in the following
terms and conditions.
2.00 : JOB LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION:
The job is at Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (hereafter, "NYK Group”) You
are to report to the HR Manager in United Kingdom upon arrival for other
logistics and itinerary. Your duties will be explained and assigned to you on
your arrival by the vessel manager after undergoing one week training.

3.00 :SALARY, ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS


BASIC MONTHLY SALARY: 8,500 (Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Great British
Pounds, which will also be paid during off-board Period) A monthly salary shall
be liable to Increments with time and employee’s official promotions as judged
by Employer. Any bonus or declarations of bonus shall be made at the sole and
absolute discretion of the Company. Employee shall also be entitled to over-
time allowance if their work time exceeds the official working hours.

BENEFITS: Medical Insurance is free for the employee and the employee
is entitled to travel and relocation allowance, which must be paid by the
employer before resumption of duty.

4.00 : JOB PROCEEDING:


You will be expected to resume your job as Second Engineer in Nippon Yusen
Kabushiki Kaisha (hereafter, "NYK Group”). You are meant to resume in a
week from now. Work time shall be 44 hours a week (8hr in a day) for the (3)
years contract term. Contract renewal depends on Employee’s performance
and Employer’s discretion.

5.00 : LEAVE/OFF PERIOD:


Employees are entitled to 1 Month off period, After 1 months on board.
Employee will receive same salary as take home pay for each leave/off
period. You must notify the Company or your immediate supervisor as
soon as possible if you are unable to work for medical reasons.
6.00 : FEEDING & ACCOMODATION:
Employee is expected to reside at the Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha
(hereafter, "NYK Group”) provided accommodation before joining appointed
vessel offshore. Family package status is available for employee that wishes
to Re-locate with Family. Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge
at the general staff canteens/ Vessel Cafeteria. Dietary options, cooks and
dieticians are available options.

7.00 : MEDICAL EXPENSES:


Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the
period of contract and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term
of contract by employee and adequate compensation would be paid.

8.00 : ADDITIONAL SERVICES:


Recreational/Sports facilities shall be made available at the disposal of all
employees with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and dry cleaning
service will be made available to employee on request.

9.00 : TRAVEL PLANS/ RE-LOCATION:


For Expatriates, Free flight ticket will be issued to the employee by the
employer as soon as the employee sends copy of a UK Visa, work permit and
NIN documents to the employer received from the immigration department.
This is in line with the expatriate statuary law of the UK. However, for
expatriate who do not have valid UK Visa, Insurance and Work Permits
Papers will have to obtain insurance document through our official travel
agency here in United Kingdom for the procurement of Visa ,Work Permit or
Insurance . All UK based employees' are to report personally to our office
with their documents (including this contract document) for identification,
signing, and collection of hard copy of their contract documents.

10.0 : AGREEMENT OF CONTRACT


This agreement supersedes and replaces all previous contracts, written and
verbal, between the employer and the employee. This Agreement is
reached in accordance with SECTION 6 OF UK EMPLOYMENT ACT BILL 2000.
A single arbitrator agreed upon by the parties shall decide any dispute
between the parties arising out of this agreement.
Please confirm your acceptance of the above terms and conditions by signing
and returning to us scanned copy of this Letter within 48 Hours from the
date this letter is received failure to do so in due time means you have
declined our job offer.

11.0 :ALLOWANCE /ENTITLEMENTS


a.) Inconvenience £1700.00 GBP(yearly)
b.) Car maintenance £600.00 GBP (yearly)
c.) House & Furnishing: £1400.00 GBP(Yearly)
d.) Profit sharing depends of the profitability ratio of the year.
