JKP Iphone + Android Installation Guide
3 – Make sure to read the preset guide (detailed descriptions and specific tips
for each preset!), the mobile editing guide (using my presets and
troubleshooting any difficult editing issues!) and the coordinating videos. They
will arm you with more than enough information to use my presets like a pro!
4 – Click on the first preset and select DOWNLOAD > preset will open in a
new screen, click DOWNLOAD again on the bottom right corner.
5 – On the bottom right, click OPEN IN and then select the option COPY TO
LIGHTROOM CC. > An image with the preset installed on it will open in
Lightroom.
6 – In the upper right corner, click on the three dots. Select “create preset”
8 – Select the preset group “User Presets” if you want all presets to stay in one
place, or create a new preset group for each set (i.e. Jess Kettle Presets – set 1).
9 – Open the tab group LIGHT (enter by click the > arrow to the right) and
uncheck the “exposure” option.
10 – Open the tab group COLOR (enter by click the > arrow to the right) and
uncheck the “white balance” option.
12 – repeat steps 4-11 with each additional preset until all are installed, then
begin using!
TO USE: Import an image (or multiple images) into Lightroom and click to edit
it. Scroll to the right to locate the preset tab, click presets and make sure you
have selected your user presets or the custom folder you have saved the presets
to. Simply click on the preset name and click the checkmark on the right to
apply!
TROUBLESHOOTING:
If you have trouble getting the presets to download when clicking on them:
- Try using CHROME instead of SAFARI when downloading, and make sure
you are NOT trying to download from within a mail app.
If your preset will not copy to Lightroom (if your screen goes black or is stuck
loading)
- Simply try again! Often it just takes one second attempt to load.
Here’s how to fix it! Open an image in Lightroom, select the PRESETS tab and
apply the preset that needs to be fixed without any other adjustments. Then
click the three white dots to the right of the preset and click “update with
current settings.” Go back in and uncheck exposure and white balance, then
save.

android installation guide
1 – Install the Lightroom CC app on your mobile phone – it’s free! Create an
Adobe ID or login to an existing account. Then walk through the introduction
so your app is ready to edit.
3 – Make sure to read the preset guide (detailed descriptions and specific tips
for each preset!), the mobile editing guide (workflow instructions when using
my presets and troubleshooting any difficult editing issues!) and watch the
videos. They will arm you with more than enough information to use my
presets like a pro!
4 – Click on each preset and click DOWNLOAD. If you have purchased both
sets, I suggest downloading one set at a time, installing them, then starting
again with the second set. This will help you keep the images organized within
sets.
5 – Open the Lightroom App and Create a new album called Jess Kettle
Presets.
6 – In the album select ADD PHOTOS, click FROM FILES, and select all 8 of
your presets, which will be RAW files. The images will then import to your
folder.
7 – Click on the first preset and in the upper right corner, click on the three
dots. Select “create preset”
8 – Name the preset the name of the image (i.e. 2- Linen). Using the number
and the name will help keep them in order, particularly if you purchase both
sets.
9 – Select the preset group “User Presets” if you want all presets to stay in one
place, or create a new preset group (i.e. Jess Kettle Presets). This is a good idea
if you own multiple preset packs.
10 – Open the tab group LIGHT (enter by click the > arrow to the right) and
uncheck the “exposure” option.
11 – Open the tab group COLOR (enter by click the > arrow to the right) and
uncheck the “white balance” option.
12 – Click the check mark on the upper right to save the preset.
13 – repeat steps 7-12 with each additional preset until they are all installed,
then begin using!
TO USE: Import an image (or multiple images) into Lightroom and click to edit
it. Scroll to the right to locate the preset tab, click presets and make sure you
have selected your user presets or the custom folder you have saved the presets
to. Simply click on the preset name and click the checkmark on the right to
