Various instructors were assigned to different courses. 2) Standardizing the GE Leaps program schedule and ensuring instructors watch videos together in the library and upload video recordings for students. 3) Ms. Agnes agreed to check with Ms. Mylene about assigning Telus online classes to GE instructors. The meeting adjourned at 3:30pm with the next meeting date to be determined.

A. On GE Leaps Program

1) Standard Offset for classes: next class schedule within the same GE Leaps week
2) Instructors who are not available on Wednesdays, to go to APC on Thursday or Friday
to watch videos
3) Standard schedule of discussion: the next meeting, following week
4) GE Instructors of the same subject to meet and agree on the activities
5) Videos to be watched in the Library only for both Instructors and students
6) Video of the Talk: upload on shared folder
