WEEKLY NARRATIVE REPORT

1ST WEEK

During the first week of our work immersion, the manager of Che Salon

was orient us first and then He introduced us to others staff of the Che Salon that

will handle help us on our training while the other staffs are demonstrate to us all

of the facilities in the salon, so that we will be familiarized on the place. On the

very first day of our work immersion, all we did is watching the beautician how to

cut the hair, watching how to apply color of the hair properly, and learn how to

use blower and hair iron properly. The following day they teach us how to market

the salon services, how to rebonding the hair, and how to do the basic style of hair

cut. In the following day they teach us how to use shower bowl in salon, how

rinse the hair properly and how to treatment the hair, I’m responsible for cleaning

the floor after the service, rinsing the costumer hair. On the first week of our work

immersion, I enjoyed serving all the employees because we didn’t do such a very

tiring work. For me, when you are happy and having fun with your co-workers,

you wouldn’t feel any tiredness.

treatment, power dose treatment, keratin treatment, kera-collagen treatment and
etc.

REFLECTION PAPER

Having an immersion experience is a great of us. That has come all to pass. Self-

discipline is one of the things we have learned. This is just what we apply in everyday

activities at Che Salon, why we complete the task. Self confidence is one of my

investments to show my skills in hair dressing. It is written in our minds that nothing is

difficult to a person who has dream. No matter how difficult it is to do of us we can go

beyond of it. When we can first thought we could not do it. Until now they still carry me

what they taught us, not just to give a good service even with behavior. On my

experience in work immersion is full of fun, if you’re interested at you business or work,

well you’ll greatly convince yourself and others to continue you work. I see in my

experiences when I’m at immersion, I was contented at my works and even my

learning’s, but I was say I was too enough to learn all about in hair dressing. I was too

much precious to learn about hair dressing it`s because of my hard work reflected to us

even they are strict or as we say they have their attitude
