Hokey Spokes are unique bicycle safety lights that allow
riders to display computer-generated images and text
inside the spoke cages while riding at night. Not only are
Hokey Spokes fun and interesting, but they also provide
important side visibility, which is mostly unavailable in
today's standard bicycle lights.

Different colored Hokey Spoke "blades" are purchased


one at a time, but can be combined on a single wheel to
create wheels with 1-6 blades/wheel. Each blade you
attach, communicates to the others using wireless infrared
communications. As these blades spin during riding, a
computers inside each of the blades modulates the internal
LED lights so that images and text messages appear.

Hokey Spokes are designed so that they fit virtually any


mountain or road bike with a wheel diameter of 24" or
greater. Hokey Spokes can be used on front and back
wheels at the same time.

designs and can be programmed to display your own text
message. Play mode is selected by using one of the
waterproof keys located on any blade. Alternatively,
baldes can be controlled and programmed using a Palm
Pilot or compatible PDA. Each Hokey Spoke blade will
last up to 48 hrs on a fresh set of batteries.

Hokey Spokes is great for nighttime commuters, bicycle


couriers, police riding units, BMX, bicycle shop
promotional advertising and others.
