Frirstly, I will contact her to ask whether she has paid or not yet. If she already has completed
her payment I will contact with the bank where I signed up my account in person to get the
reason.
In that case, I will print her card immediately and send to her by express mail, by the way I will
make a phone call with her to apologize.
I don’t want to lose my customer because of abit mistake.
