SLIDE 2 Where (City and Country) and when (exact date-if available) was the
(5 points) composer born?
PICTURE: Composers hometown
SLIDE 3 Who were his parents and what was their profession?
(10 points) PICTURE: From composers’ early life: composer as a child, picture of the
house they grew in, picture of their instrument they played as child etc.
PICTURE (OPTIONAL): Composers parent(s)
COMPOSERS MUSIC EDUCATION Who was the composers first music teacher?
SLIDE 4 Who was the composers most INFLUENTIAL music teacher or mentor?
(15 points) What conservatory, college or university did the composer attend, and in
what city is this institution.
PICTURE (OPTIONAL): Composer’s music teachers

must contain the following:
1. Accuracy of information (40%)
2. Contain All the Information and pictures (40%)
3. Be visually clear, easy to understand and pleasing (10%)
