SLIDE 4 Who was the composers most INFLUENTIAL music teacher or mentor?
(15 points) What conservatory, college or university did the composer attend, and in
what city is this institution.

PICTURE (OPTIONAL): Composer’s school picture (conservatory, college,
university etc.)
COMPOSERS WORK What genre or form of music is the composer the most famous for? (i.e.
SLIDE 5 is he/she most famous for symphonies, operas, piano sonatas, string
(15 points) quartets etc.)
PICTURE: Composer’s manuscript (handwritten notes), handwriting, or
printed music of his works (you may get the printed music on imslp.org)
SLIDE 6 What are the composers most famous and important compositions?
(15 points) Why are these compositions important or influential?
Post a YouTube link of one of the famous compositions

SLIDE 7 Who influenced the composer the most?


(15 points) Who did the composer influence?
PICTURE (OPTIONAL): People who influenced the composer
PICTURE (OPTIONAL): People who were influenced by the composer
CONCLUSION Post a famous quote by the composer, or a description of the composer
SLIDE 8 by other famous people. Post any fun or interesting facts about the
(10 points) composer.
PICTURE: Post a picture of an: artifact, instrument, or any of the
composer’s belongings (you may include the composer’s signature)
Please use the table below as a guide to write your PowerPoint presentation. As you are putting
the content together, please make sure that your PowerPoint answers the questions below in
the corresponding slides.

Slides 1-3 Due: May 7


Slides 4-6 Due: May 14
Full PowerPoint Due: May 21
Presentations in class: May 27 at 11:15 during Period 5 Teams Meeting

Grading:
In order to get the full amount of points for each category the slides
must contain the following:
1. Accuracy of information (40%)
2. Contain All the Information and pictures (40%)
3. Be visually clear, easy to understand and pleasing (10%)
