ACT-CET is poised for academic excellence, which we cannot achieve without your co-operation. In order to
achieve higher academic standard, we conduct internal assessment examinations at par with Anna University
standards and the results are communicated to you through this report from time to time. Getting less than 50
% in any subject is FAIL. Minimum attendance required to appear for university examination is 75%.
Student with less than 75% attendance will not be eligible for writing university examinations. You are
advised to meet the Professors and Principal every month to know the progress of your child and also
advise your son / daughter to focus more on their studies to improve their performance.

 Please note that the Anna University has given the following eligibility criteria to appear for examination and to calculate
internal assessment marks.
 Out of 20 marks in internal, 5 marks will be awarded for attendance as per the slap given below:
76-80 % = 1mark, 81-85 % = 2 marks, 86-90 % = 3 marks, 91-95 % = 4 marks, 96-100 % = 5 marks
 The remaining 15 marks will be calculated from average of all 3 IAEs in each subject.
 You are requested to advise your son / daughter to meet the above requirements to get higher internal marks in all subjects,
(minimum 14 out of 20 in each subject) so as to get higher grade points in the forthcoming university examinations.

 You are advised to clear the Fee arrears of Rs. _________ to the college immediately to
