TRAINING DESIGN

I.RATIONALE:

In compliance to the Division Memorandum released by the Division Mabalacat City


entitled Division Memorandum No. 50 series 2019 also known as the Divisionwide Conduct
of the Project I-CARE ver. 3.0 (Innovate and Create Accesible Resources for Education)
Bridging the Gap, which aims to facilitate the development of the instructional materials in
all public elementary and secondary school. Mabalacat Elementary School will conduct an
In-Service Training entitled Preparation of Instructional Materials for the 2019 Project I-Care
V.3Contest on February 23, 2019 at 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at MES Social Hall.

II.OBJECTIVES
 To create manipulative instructional materials that can be used by Elementary
School Teachers in every learning area and meet the least competencies in
the K-12 Basic Education Curriculum.
 Provide technical basis for acquiring, producing instructional materials both
print and non-print materials.
 To enhance the creativity and resourcefulness among teachers.
 To produce manipulative IM’s as entries for the upcoming Cluster and
Divisionwide Project I-Care ver. 3.0 Contest.
IV.MATERIALS:
Laptop/netbook, internet connectivity, projector
V.STRATEGIES

VI.DELIVERIES:
February 23, 2019 / 3:00 am – 5:00 pm
VII.EVALUATION
The training will be evaluated through a questionnaire and the expected output of the
participants are the sample IM proposal of each grade level.
