PROVISIONAL OFFER OF ADMISSION :2018/2019 SESSION (PART-TIME)


I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered provisional admission to undertake
HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN OFFICE TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

The offer of admission is made subject to the following conditions:


1. That you will be registered only after you produced original copies of your credentials for scrutiny and that all
particulars provided on your application for are true and correct.
2. That if after graduation, during or after your programme of your studies, it is discovered that you do not
certified the minimum requirement prescribed, because the qualification you claimed to possess are false,
incorrect or intentionally misquoted or altered or that any other information is false, you will be asked to
withdraw/forfeit the certificate as the case may be.
3. That you are certified to be medically and mentally fit, by a Government or a recognized Medical Practitioner.
4. That before you are registered, you will settle in full, the fees payable in full for the programme into which you
are admitted such none refundable fees are attached to this letter of admission.
5. That you will be responsible for your accommodation and feeding.
6. That you will follow stipulated due process in channeling your grievance and complains within the institution,
failure to which attract appropriate sanction(s).
7. That you will be required to sign an undertaking procedure written acceptance that you will be of good
behavior and abide by the Polytechnic Rules and Regulations.
8. That you will be expected to register within two (2) weeks from the date you receive your admission letter
failure to which may render the admission invalid.
9. The name by which you are admitted shall remain same throughout your programme.
10. Payment of school fees will be once and in full and to the designated Banks. Failure to pay fees by closing date
means you have declined the offer and your place will be given to another eligible.
11. The Polytechnic reserve the right to withdraw your admission at any stage, if you are found to be a Cultist and
Expelled individual from any tertiary institution.
12. That at Pre-ND | Pre-NCE students (where applicable) you shall be expected to obtain the UTME form and write
the prescribed examination; to be eligible for absorption into NDNCE (Tech) programmes.
