TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I, EISENHOWER P. GILLEGO, authorized representative with Exclusive Authority to


Sell given by Mr. ARTHUR J. MILLARE, legal representative with Deed of Assignment and
Special Power of Attorney mandated by Mr. Roberto C. Young Principal/Surviving Heir of
Carlos Young, registered owner of TCT No. 16689, will extend my authority to sell to;

Architect Jorge Tan to make an offer, transact, negotiate and to do all things
necessary to make representations and to facilitate the sale of the property described below:

Location : Tunasan Muntinlupa


Description : Raw Land I Vacant Lot
Lot Area : 150 Hectares more or less
TCT No. : 16689
Selling Price : Php. 8,000 per square meter (gross)
Terms of Payment : Cash Basis or Joint Venture
Commission : 5%

This authorization is non-exclusive to Architect Jorge Tan and applicable only for his
client(s) and does not include other buyers we are in communication with. This authorization
is a First Come-First Serve basis, valid until end of January 2020. Done in Quezon City,
Philippines this 3rd day of December 2019.

Should you be successful in offering the above mentioned property, I obliged myself to
discussed with you the sharing of whatever net commission we will receive from the seller
immediately upon receipt thereof. It is agreed that in all transactions or negotiations
regarding your buyer and this property, you shall be informed and you shall always be
present together with us with utmost transparency.
