ASSIGNMENT NO.1
Customer named Sameer Shah is running a saving account under
Account No. 0978-54678909-123 with Habib Bank Limited since a
couple of years at their Defense Phase I Branch, Lahore. His banking
information has been divulged to her Ex-wife by the bank, which she
used in her case before Family Court, Lahore to substantiate the
strong financial position of Sameer resulting in passing of decree
against him to the tune of Rs. 450,000/- per month payable on account
of maintenance of minor (Aged 7 years) from 09.02.2020 till the
minors attains the age of majority.

You are required to write a legal opinion to advice Sameer Shah of


available FORUMS, LAWS, REMEDIES AND LIMITATION FOR
EACH FORUM, for redressal of his grievance preferably by quoting
the relevant laws and prevailing judgments in his favor.
