POSITION TITLE: Operations Executive- Clerical Marking Hub (Global Shared Services)
Over 9,000 organisations worldwide accept IELTS as evidence of English language proficiency. Last year, more than 2.5 million tests
were taken globally. IDP Education offers the IELTS test in more than 400 test locations in 50 countries.
IDP’s South Asia comprises of 6 country-based businesses in India, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia. Core
business operations consist of Student Placement, IELTS testing and English Language Training. Business operations extend across
(35) offices and involve the efforts of 500 + staff.
Central to the success of the regions are the roles of Regional Director, Country Directors, Head- Operations (SP & IELTS), CFO-
South Asia, Regional/Country leaders (Finance, IELTS, Marketing, Client Relations).
POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for smooth running of IELTS Clerical Marking & result entry operations in the Clerical Marking HUB as per the IELTS
regulations and in an environment which is approved by the IELTS &UKVI. Of critical significance to this role is the ability to manage a
secure, compliant and risk managed environment to ensure IELTS test integrity at all times.
KPI:-
o All compliances as defined by UKVI & OSM are met
o Ensure no Mobile / Recorder / bag etc is allowed in the CM marking room.
o Timely Processing of Budgeted marking volume
o Ensure timely closure of results for Cambridge Checks centre wise
o Support increase of test centers for marking.
o Timely Result processing in Line with the Result Integrity policy
o Assist in the smooth running of EOR Process for all centers.
o Ensure adequate readiness for smooth operations (stationary are available)
o Support investigations process as Initiated by IA
Internal Quality Control Ensure adherence to quality standards Ensure CM HUB is accessed only by CM
as defined by IELTS Manuals of hub staff & CM’s (only in marking area)
Procedure and any IELTS Australia

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential requirements:
Strong process orientation
Minimum 2- 3 years of Operational experience
Understanding and commitment to maintaining appropriate standards of
confidentiality and security of materials
Adhering to IELTS policies and procedures
Strong communication skills in English- written and oral
Demonstrated effectiveness of communication skills
