This document ("Certificate") is a legal agreement between Symantec Corporation and/or its subsidiaries ("Symantec") and the company named as licensee/owner of the Agreement bearing the Symantec Agreement Number ("SAN") on the initial page(s) of this Certificate (the
"Customer"). This Certificate is issued in confirmation of Customer's order of the 'Hosted and On Premise" product type ("Product") identified on the initial page(s) of this Certificate, purchased for the initial subscription period identified on such initial page(s), as it may be extended and
renewed in accordance with this Certificate. Upon purchase or at any time during a subscription period, Customer may choose to deploy and use the Product as EITHER an on-premise software license ("Software") OR as a Symantec hosted service ("Service"). For purposes of this
Certificate, "Agreement" has the meaning set forth below, depending on whether the Product deployed/used is Software or Service. Customer and Symantec agree as follows:
HOSTED SERVICE. If Customer chooses to deploy and use the Product as a Service, the "Agreement" is as follows:
If you have a manually or digitally-executed agreement (including without limitation order forms and statements of work) ("Signed Agreement") for the Symantec hosted Services identified on the face of this Certificate, the terms and conditions of such Signed Agreement apply to such
Services with the face of this Certificate confirming the details of your order and the paragraphs following the header "Certificate Terms", below, do not apply. If you do not have a Signed Agreement for the Symantec hosted Service(s) identified on the face of this Certificate, then the
Services are performed pursuant to this Agreement.The "Agreement" means, collectively and in the following order of precedence, (i) this Certificate (including all pages hereof) and (ii) the service terms and service descriptions applicable to such Services, as published at:
http://www.symanteccloud.com/documents.aspx or a successor address ("Posted Terms") in effect upon the date Symantec accepts your order, as such service descriptions may be updated from time to time, and (iii) such Posted Terms as are subsequently in effect on the date of
renewal of the Services. Such Posted Terms are incorporated herein by reference. By accessing and using the Service, you indicate your consent and agreement to the terms of the Agreement, and you ratify such consent and agreement in each instance of ongoing access and use of
the Service. Periods of twelve (12) months each (unless a shorter default Renewal Period is specified in the
HOSTED SERVICES CERTIFICATE TERMS
1. TERRITORY. The territory within which Customer's users are permitted to access and use the Services, subject always to any territorial restrictions, is set forth in the Posted Terms.
2.TERM, INITIAL PERIOD AND AUTO-RENEWAL. The Term of a given Service is the Initial Period together with any Renewal Periods. The Initial Period for a Service (which may include an initial set-up period), will start on the date indicated in the Services Order. If the Services Order
does not also specify the length of the Initial Period, then the duration of the Initial Period is as indicated in the order accepted by Symantec. Customer agrees that it is purchasing the Services for the Initial Period, and that unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing by the Parties,
Services will automatically renew for Renewal Periods of twelve (12) months each (unless a shorterdefault Renewal Period is specified in the Services Order). However, the Term is subject to the provisions "Renewal Opt Out" and "End of Service Availability" below.
RENEWAL OPT OUT. Either party may elect not to renew the Services, by providing written notification to the other before the beginning of a Renewal Period. Notwithstanding the process for other notices set forth under "General", below, (i) Customer's non-renewal notification will
be submitted in accordance with Symantec's then-current process for opting out of automatic renewal of the Renewal Period, as indicated in the Services Order or Services Description; and (ii) Symantec may provide non-renewal notification by email to Customer's then-current
business or technical contact, and/or by publication on the applicable interface(s) through which Customer's administrator interacts with the Service(s).
END OF SERVICE AVAILABILITY. Symantec may notify Customer of the end-of-life (end of availability) of a given Service by giving no less than twelve (12) months prior written notice before such end of Service availability. Notwithstanding the process for other notices set forth
under "General", below, Symantec may provide such notification by email to Customer's then-current business or technical contact, and/or by publication on the applicable interface(s) through which Customer's administrator interacts with the Service(s).
3. WARRANTIES. Symantec will provide the Services in a good and workmanlike manner, and substantially in accordance with the Services Descriptions. Service Level Agreements, if any ("SLAs") and corresponding remedies are Service-specific and can be found in the Services
Descriptions included in the PostedTerms. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONCERNING THE SERVICES,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. SYMANTEC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT
THE SERVICES WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE(S) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT: (I) SYMANTEC'S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY ITS NEGLIGENCE; OR (II) ANY FRAUDULENT PRE-CONTRACTUAL MISREPRESENTATIONS MADE
BY SYMANTEC ON WHICH CUSTOMER CAN BE SHOWN TO HAVE RELIED; OR (III) ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW. SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY SET FORTH BELOW, NO LIMITATION ON LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO
SYMANTEC'S LIABILITY TO PAY DAMAGES FINALLY AWARDED PURSUANT TO SYMANTEC'S INDEMNITY OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN THE POSTED TERMS. IN NO EVENT WILL SYMANTEC OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR
OTHERWISE, TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR: (I) ANY COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACEMENT GOODS AND SERVICES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF OR CORRUPTION TO DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
LOSS OF PRODUCTION, LOSS OF REVENUES, LOSS OF CONTRACTS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS OR WASTED MANAGEMENT AND STAFF TIME; OR (ii) ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSSES,
EXPENSES OR COSTS OF ANY KIND; EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY AND WHETHER ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OF THE SERVICES, DEFECTIVEPERFORMANCE, NON-PERFORMANCE OR DELAYED
PERFORMANCE BY SYMANTEC OF ANY OF ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER OR CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION, AND SUBJECT TO THE SECOND PARAGRAPH OF
THIS SECTION, SYMANTEC'S TOTAL LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) RELATING TO ANYTHING SUPPLIED OR SERVICES PROVIDED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SERVICES) UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS
AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED IN AGGREGATE ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (125%) OF THE FEES PAID OR PAYABLE BY CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICE WHICH IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM.
5. USE AND PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER CONTENT AND CUSTOMER ENTITY DATA. Symantec operates as a data processor with no control over the type, substance or format of Customer Content. Customer, as data controller, is responsible (i) to ensure that processing and
disclosure of such information to Symantec complies with applicable laws; (ii) to inform users that their information will be processed by Symantec in the United States or other countries that may have less protective data protection laws than the region in which they are situated
(including the European Economic Area); (iii) to inform users of how it will be used, and to assure that Customer has all appropriate consents required for such transfer and use; (iv) to inform relevant users that communications transmitted through systems covered by the Services may
be intercepted or monitored for purposes of the Services; and (v) to satisfy itself that the Security Standards are appropriate, given the nature of the Customer Content.
In the normal course of providing the Services, Symantec does not require access to or use of the Customer Content, otherthan by machine-read, electronic methods. Symantec, its Affiliates, agents or subcontractors, may access or use the Customer Content, if required, to enable
proper functioning of the Service or as otherwise set forth in the Service Descriptions. In the limited circumstances where Symantec has any access to the Customer Content, Symantec shall process the Customer Content in accordance with the Customer's instructions, provided that
such instructions are consistent with the terms of this Agreement. Symantec may access, use or disclose Customer Content as required by law or court order. Symantec will give Customer reasonable notice of any legally required disclosure to allow Customer to seek a protective
order or other appropriate remedy (except to the extent Symantec's compliance with the foregoing would cause it to violate a court order or other legal requirement). As between Customer and Symantec, at all times the Customer Content will remain the property of Customer.
By providing the Customer Entity Data, Customer acknowledges that the Customer Entity Data, including any Personal Information contained within it, will be processed and accessible on a global basis by Symantec, its Affiliates agents and subcontractors for the purposes of providing
the Service, to generate statistical information about the Services, for internal research and development, and as otherwise described in the Services Descriptions, including in countries that may have less protective data protection laws than in the country in which Customer or its users
are located. Symantec may disclose the collected Personal Information as required or permitted by law or in response to a subpoena or other legal process. . Customer also consents for itselfand as agent for its contacts whose details have been provided as part of the Customer Entity
Data to the use by Symantec of that Personal Information for the purposes of informing Customer of Symantec products and services which may be of interest to Customer and account management. All questions and requests on privacy matters may be addressed to Symantec
Corporation – Privacy Program Office, 350 Ellis Street, Building A, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Email: privacy@symantec.com. Symantec acknowledges that individuals may choose to opt out of direct marketing at any time on written notice to Symantec.
Symantec will maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards for the Symantec Network designed to (i) protect the security and integrity of the Symantec Network, and (ii) protect against accidental or unauthorized, or unlawful access, use, alteration or disclosure of, loss,
destruction or damage to, Customer Content and Customer Entity Data (the "Security Standards"). The "Symantec Network" means Symantec's data center facilities, servers, and networking equipment/software involved in hosting Customer Content and storing the Customer Entity
Data that are under Symantec's reasonable control and are used to provide the Services. The Security Standards will be substantially equivalent to the generally accepted security standards in the IT industry for hosted services similar to the Services. Symantec will conform to the
Security Standards during the Term.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Symantec and Customer pertaining to the Services, and supersedes any previous or contemporaneous agreement, proposal, commitment, representation, or other communication between the
partiesregarding such subject matter. This Agreement prevails over any conflicting or additional terms of any purchase order, ordering document, acknowledgement or confirmation or other document issued by Customer, even if signed and returned.
SOFTWARE. If Customer chooses to deploy and use the Product as Software, the "Agreement" is as follows:
1.AGREEMENT. For Software, the "Agreement" means, collectively, the applicable Symantec Licensing Program agreement, if any, bearing the SAN referenced on the initial page of this Certificate, the applicable terms included in this Certificate, as such terms amend the Symantec
end user license agreement (the "EULA") contained in the original physical media pack(s) of and/or included in the Software, and the EULA, in that order of precedence. Accordingly, this Agreement and the rights granted herein are only effective as to customers who have received

electronic access to or physical media of the Software listed on the face of this Certificate, and who have agreed to the terms of the EULA contained in such Software and/or its media pack. Customer indicates its consent to the Agreement, by loading the Software, or by using or
making copies of the Software.
2.GRANT OF LICENSE. Symantec grants to Customer a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to make copies of and use the quantity of each title of the Software and the related user documentation as are set forth opposite the name of such title on the face of this Certificate, under
the terms and conditions of the EULA, solely for Customer's own internal business purposes (or solely to perform and deliver integrated services to its end customers, if Customer purchases the Software under a Symantec program granting such rights) within the countryin which the
Customer is located as indicated by the Customer's address set forth on the face of this Certificate. If Customer purchases a Software license designated for Home Use, where available, then the above license grant is modified to add the following: Customer's employee or consultant
may use one copy of such Home Use Software only on their personal home computer, provided such equipment is not owned or provided by Customer, and provided Customer has also purchased a license for such product for such individual's computer at Customer corporate offices.
Further, such Home Use is permitted only for so long as such individual remains Customer's employee or consultant. Consultants are only permitted to use Customer's Home Use licenses for the benefit of Customer. The number of Home Use copies made and used cannot exceed the
number of Home Use licenses purchased. Customer may allow consultant(s) or outsourcer(s) to use or access Customer's Software and/or Services to deliver dedicated services to Customer, so long as such use is consistent with Customer's own permitted scope of use, and is
compliant with these terms.
3.GOVERNMENT OR ACADEMIC CUSTOMERS. In order to be authorized under Symantec's Government licensing program to make copies of and use the Software, Customer must be an authorized state, local, federal or equivalent governmental agency (excluding academic
institutions), as defined by Symantec in its sole discretion. In order to be authorized under Symantec's Academic licensing program to make copies of and use the Software, Customer must be a government-approved public or private school, vocational school, correspondence school,
junior college, university, scientific institution, or technical institutions,that maintains a full-time curriculum, including the district, regional and state administrative offices, or an applicable government-approved charitable institutions, all as defined by Symantec in its sole discretion.
4.TERM; AUTORENEWAL. Customer agrees that it is purchasing the Software for the initial subscription period identified on the face of this Certificate ("Minimum Period"), and that upon expiration of such Minimum Period, the subscription period will renew for consecutive renewal
periods of one (1) year (each a "Renewal Period"). Customer agrees that is obliged to pay the applicable license/support fees for the Minimum Period and each annual Renewal Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, Customer may elect not to renew its subscription prior to
commencement of a Renewal Period by providing Symantec notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of Customer's then-current Term. Customer must submit such notice of opt-out by e-mail to support.cloud@symantec.com, either directly or through its authorized channel
partner. A notice of non-renewal takes effect upon the expiration of the then-current Term. Any notice given according to the above procedure shall be deemed to have been given when received. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Term" means each of the Minimum Period and each
Renewal Period. Symantec's non-receipt of fees due shall entitle Symantec, at its option, to suspend Customer's right to use the Software and related Support during the pendency of such non-payment, or to terminate Customer's right to use the Software/Support, at Symantec's sole
discretion.
5. MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT. During the Term, Customer will be entitled to receive Essential Support for the Software.Such Essential Support is delivered in accordance with the Symantec Enterprise Technical Support terms set forth below.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Symantec and Customer pertaining to the Software and supersedes any previous or contemporaneous agreement, proposal, commitment, representation, or other communication between the parties
regarding such subject matter. This Agreement prevails over any conflicting or additional terms of any purchase order, ordering document, acknowledgement or confirmation or other document issued by Customer, even if signed and returned.
These Enterprise Technical Support Terms ("Support Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Customer named on the face of this certificate and Symantec Corporation and/or its subsidiaries ('Symantec"). The Support Terms and the rights granted herein are only effective as
to end users who have a valid license pursuant to a Symantec software agreement (the "Software Agreement") for the underlying Symantec software product(s) (the "Software") for which this support will be provided.
IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN SYMANTEC IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE SOFTWARE TO CUSTOMER RECEIPT OF SUPPORT INDICATES CUSTOMER'S AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS.
SUPPORT OFFERINGS: Commencing on the issue date set forth on the face of this Certificate, Symantec will provide to Customer the support service(s) listed on the face of this Certificate, within the Symantec region in which the Software is licensed for use as indicated in the
Software Agreement. Support services are provided under the terms and conditions listed below, until the end date setforth on the face of the Certificate.
1. ESSENTIAL SUPPORT.
• Access to technical support provided by telephone on a 24x7 basis;
• Continuous Efforts Problem Resolution Engineering (available upon request for Severity 1 Cases only);
• Access to the Symantec technical support website;
• Delivery of bug fixes and patches;
• Essential Support includes Content Updates, if applicable, and Upgrade Assurance;
• Customer may designate up to six (6) individuals per title of Software for Essential Support to act as liaisons with Symantec Technical Services staff ("Designated Contacts").
2. BASIC MAINTENANCE.
• Access to technical support provided by telephone from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the normal business week of, and in accordance with statutory holidays of, the country where the Software is installed;
• Access to the Symantec technical support website;
• Delivery of bug fixes and patches;
• Basic Maintenance includes Content Updates, if applicable, and Upgrade Assurance;
• Customer may designate up to two (2) individuals per title of Software for Basic Maintenance to act as Designated Contacts as defined above.
DEFINITIONS:
• CONTENT UPDATES: Content Updates as used in this Certificate refer to content used by Software that is updated from time to time, including but not limited to: updated anti-spyware definitions for anti-spyware software; updated antispam rules for antispam software; updated virus
definitions for antivirus and crimeware products; updated URL lists for content filtering and antiphishing products; updated firewall rules for firewall products; updated vulnerability signatures for vulnerability assessment products; updated policy compliance updates for policy compliance
software;updated lists of authenticated web pages for web site authentication software; and updated intrusion detection data for intrusion detection products, (if applicable). Content Updates means the right to use Content Updates to the Software as they become generally available to
Symantec's end user customers except for those Content Updates that are only available through purchase of a Content Updates Subscription. Symantec reserves the right to designate specified Content Updates as requiring purchase of a Content Updates Subscription at any time
and without notice to Customer; provided, however, that if Customer purchases support hereunder that includes particular Content Updates on the issue date set forth on the face of this Certificate, Customer will not have to pay an additional fee to continue receiving such Content
Updates through the end date set forth on the face of this Certificate, even if Symantec designates such Content Updates as requiring a Content Updates Subscription.
• CONTENT UPDATES SUBSCRIPTION: The right to use those Content Updates that Symantec elects to make available by separate paid subscription. If Customer has purchased Content Updates Subscription(s), the number set forth on the face of this Certificate opposite the
description of such subscription reflects the quantity of such subscription purchased by Customer.
• UPGRADE ASSURANCE : The right to use upgrades to the Software as they become generally available to Symantec's end user customers. An upgrade is any version of the Software which has been released to the public and which replaces the prior version of the Software on
Symantec's price list. All such upgraded Software is licensed to Customer for use subject to all terms and conditions, including without limitationdisclaimers of warranties and limitation of liabilities, of the Software Agreement. Nothing in this Certificate shall be construed as separately
licensing copies of the Software or increasing the number of copies of Software licensed to Customer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• SUPPORT POLICIES: The support service(s) will be provided in accordance with Symantec's Enterprise Technical Support Policy and other support policies which may be revised and updated by Symantec from time to time without notice to Customer. Please refer to
www.symantec.com/enterprise/support/support_policies.jsp for copies of such policies. Under Symantec's Enterprise Technical Support Policy, support services may be discontinued for certain Software or a particular version of Software prior to the end date set forth on the face of this
Certificate.
• GEOGRAPHIC AVAILABILITY: Not all of the support services listed above are available in all countries or locations or for all Symantec software products.
• SCOPE OF SUPPORT: Customer's technical assistance may be limited to error correction resolution in certain Software if Customer has not installed and implemented all licenses for such Software in accordance with the directions for installation provided by Symantec. Please refer
to http://www.symantec.com/enterprise/products/index.jsp for additional information on services offered by Symantec to assist you in proper installation and implementation of Software. Technical support will not include activities that would be typically made generally available and
characterized by Symantec as product training, consulting involving integration, security solutions enablement, security advisory, pre-production configuration services, managed security or implementation services

• ADDITIONAL DESIGNATED CONTACTS: Customer may add additional Designated Contact(s) for either Essential Support or Basic Maintenance by paying the applicable fee in effect at the time Customer seeks to add the additional Designated Contact(s). If Customer has
purchased the right to designate additional Designated Contacts, the number set forth on the face of this Certificate reflects the number of additional designated Customer Designated Contacts who may receive technical support on Customer's behalf with the same rights and for the
same term as the primary contacts for either Essential Support or Basic Maintenance.
• ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF USE OF PERSONAL DATA. Customer recognizes that Symantec will require Customer to supply certain personal data (such as business contact names, business telephone numbers, business e-mail addresses), in order for Symantec to provide Support
and to keep Customer apprised of support and product updates. Customer acknowledges that Symantec is a global organization, and such personal data may be accessible on a global basis to enable Symantec to provide Customer Support. By providing such personal data,
Customer consents to Symantec using, transferring and processing this personal data on a global basis for the purposes described above.
• SUPPORT SERVICES WARRANTY. Symantec warrants, for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of performance of support services under this Certificate, that such support services will be performed in a manner consistent with generally accepted industry standards. For
support services not performed as warranted in this provision, and provided Customer has reported such non-conformance to Symantec within thirty (30) daysof performance of such non-conforming support services, Symantec will, at its discretion, either correct any nonconforming
support services or refund the relevant fees paid for the nonconforming support services. THIS IS CUSTOMER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND SYMANTEC'S SOLE LIABILITY ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SUPPORT SERVICES WARRANTY DESCRIBED IN THIS
SECTION.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL SYMANTEC BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR (i) ANY
COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACEMENT GOODS AND SERVICES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF OR CORRUPTION TO DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PRODUCTION, LOSS OF REVENUES, LOSS OF CONTRACTS,
LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS OR WASTED MANAGEMENT AND STAFF TIME; OR (ii) ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THE PROVISION OF
SUPPORT SERVICE(S), EVEN IF THE PARTY, ITS RESELLERS, SUPPLIERS OR ITS AGENTS HAS BEEN TOLD SUCH DAMAGES MIGHT OCCUR. IN NO CASE SHALL SYMANTEC'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE SUPPORT SERVICE(S). NOTHING
IN THIS CERTIFICATE SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT SYMANTEC'S LIABILITY FOR ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW.
INTEGRATION: This Support Certificate, as supplemented by any relevant terms in the Software Agreement not otherwise defined herein, constitutes the entire agreement between this parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and, except as otherwise agreed upon in writing by
the parties, supersedes any and all prior written or oral agreement with respect to such subject matter.
Product is subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. You agree to comply with all relevant laws, including the U.S. EAR and the laws of any country from which Product is re-exported. All Symantec Product is
currently prohibited for export or re-export to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Sudan and to any country or its nationals subject to relevant embargo or sanction or to any entity or person for which an export license is required per any relevant restricted party list, without first
obtaining a license. Furthermore, You will not use or allow use of Product in connection with chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, or missiles, drones or space launch vehicles capable of delivering such weapons.
