Note:

UV/Black light shall be measured with an UV / Light meter each time the light is turned on, after every 8 hours of operation and at the completion of the job. Standard UV / Black
light intensity reading shall be 1000 µw/cm² at 15" from the light source or the distance to be used for inspection . If filters and reflectors are not in good condition ( eg. broken,
damaged, etc) shall be immediately replace.
