1. As I observed, when I went in the Supermarket I noticed that some of the shoppers is make
confused to choose the product that they want. Sometimes, they make mad and confused
because the product that they want is mix to the other products with having a different items.
And now, we are here in the modern world, there are a lot of changes and innovations that
happen according to the arrangement of products, sizes of the products, price of the products
and etc. Because of information technologies, we can see there many changes inside the
Supermarket. Because of it, their customers were going to get their needs and wants on that
product. They will see the product immediately as soon as they could and I noticed that inside
of market the workers, works slowly and they make mistakes to their work. However, because
of information technology, their works were making easier than before. Information technology
is very important particularly for those having a business. Because it is help, those to make
easier accomplish works. Information technology is very important to the workers because
from there, they get more information, and it will enhance their knowledge .

2. In my everyday life, I woke up in the morning with a pleasant smile and saying to god thank
you for another day. When I woke up, I turn my radio and listen to their station. This radio gives
me any kind of information so that my knowledge more develops because of this kind of
technology. Then after my launch, I watched TV in any kind of channel. I noticed that TV is
more different from radio, because it’s either you watched and listen any kind of
“TELEDRAMA” and you will see what truly happens there. It is very important because it is
concerned with improvements in a variety of human, and it will give more information to our
mind. Moreover, sometimes your imagination become broad because we have been realized
that situation in real life that we have seen on the TV and there you get more information rather
than radio. When the afternoon comes, I use my cellphone to communicate my friends,
relatives, family and to those having a relevant in my life. Cellphone is one of my favorite
gadgets because you will use it anytime you want. Sometimes because of the cellphone you
will make conversation through others by texting and calling. You will make an interaction to
others. Because of it, although they are far from you, you will still receive and get information
from them. And because I want a money to rent the computer, I withdraw first my money to the
ATM, and what is ATM? ATM(Automoted Banking Machine) or cash machine is a
computerized telecommunications device that provides the clients of financial institution with
access to the financial transactions in a public space without the need for a cashier, human
clerk or bank teller. After that, when the evening comes , maybe at 7.00 o’clock I used my
computer also known as information technology that concerned with improvements in a variety
of human and organizational problem solving endeavors through the design development and
use of technologically based systems and process that enhance the efficiency and
effectiveness of information in a variety of strategis, tactical and operation situations and this is
accomplished through critical attention to the information needs of humans in problem solving
tasks and in the provision of technological aids, including electronic communication and
computer based systems of hardware and software and associated processes. Information
technology is required our knowledge and skills come from especially information computer
and systems engineering sciences and from professional practice. In information system, we
are collecting or surfing information from World Wide Web or even playing on sole games. In
business, especially, computer based information systems generate must information we use.
These systems have become essential to success business operations. Sometimes we have a
problem and those problems solved with the help of information. I opened my social site like
facebook to communicate my friends and to see them. In addition, simple accounting software
helps me to find out what website that I want to open.
I do believe that a computer is not information technology if there is not any software
inside of it and to run it. Yes, I agree the computers process data accurately at a greater speed
compared to human, yet they are limited in many aspects and it is lack of common sense. And
there, I opened any kind of website computers calculate and perform programmed logical
operations extreme rapidly and I thank you of this because it can store and retrieve data. So
that I will save my files on my flask drive.
Moreover, after that I am processing my input so that I used my output by printing. And I
really realize that information technology is very important to our daily lives because we can
collect a lot of information that’s why our knowledge become broad.

3. Based from what I observed in this kind of business organization and their processes. The
McDonalds restaurant in SM north. Have seven computers to their store. By computer based
information system with a computer at its center to which peripheral equipments connected.
With this system their computers collect, store and process data into information, according to
instruction of the managers. And they enter the different kinds of information according to their
product, prices and etc.
They have four stages in processing.
First they entering data into the information system (INPUT), second they were changing and
manipulating the data in the information system (DATA PROCESSING). Third, they get
information out of the information system (OUTPUT). At last they7 will store data and
information (STORAGE).
This processing is very important to them and to their business so that they will easily served
and gave the needs and wants of the customer.

Threats

When the modern world exist, some people didn’t adapt the technology because they are already
