PRODUCT SUPPORT
I. Warranty:
We will have close contact with your project, where the equipments are used at all time to
provide guidance for proper operations and preventive maintenance. During the warranty
period, we will be responsible for the following service jobs, free of cost to you:
a. Pre-Delivery Warranty Service
1. We will commission and inspect the equipments as soon as they arrive in your job
site, to ensure that these equipments are in satisfactory conditions and ready for
operation.
2. Warranty Terms and Condition:
SDLG Excavators
• First 12 months / 2,000 hours standard SDLG Warranty terms, whichever first
occurs.
3. All Operation and Service Are According to SDLG Standard with SDLG
Authorized Dealers and Using SDLG Genuine Parts.

II. TRAININGS:
Upon the arrival of the equipments in your job site, we will provide the following trainings:
• Operators Training – to ensure proper operation of the equipment.
• Mechanics Training – to ensure proper maintenance and repair.

III. SERVICE FACILITIES:


We confirm that we have the full capacity to back-up all equipments supplied to your
company. We have branches and workshop facilities to support our customers and able
to provide Service Contracts if you require.

IV. SPARE PARTS SUPPORTS


• We guarantee the availability of spare parts required for your equipments. Each of our
branches had sufficient spare parts inventory to support our SDLG products.
