Working with Elementals

We said that the Absolute Infinite Be-ness, God, apart from its self-sufficiency - its
nature - expresses in it also the will-pleasure of manifesting itself in itself as the total
wisdom and its almightiness. We said, that this Absolute Infinite Be-ness in itself (it) has
its plurality, many, many, beyond number, beings in itself, similar to it. This will-
pleasure of the Infinite Be-ness, to express itself in itself, causes the same thing in the
beings in it. And beings in the Absolute Infinite Be-ness co-vibrating with the will-
pleasure of the Be-ness pass through this will-pleasure, now classifying themselves in
their archangelic orders.
This will-pleasure of the immortal beings and of the Be-ness is manifested as the
Absolute Infinite Being-ness, Elohim. This absolute (now) will-pleasure of manifestation
causes in the beings and in the Absolute Infinite Being-ness the emanation of the mind,
the means by which these beings, the archangelic orders, will create the worlds of
existence. Now, the mind is everywhere - as super-substance, formless, having in it the
causes, the will-pleasure, the principals and the laws of manifestation.
We have the mind now also as substance, as emotion-mind-substance again, as mind
ethereal, ether; and we have the mind now solid matter. So, all the worlds of nature, of
the universes, are mind in different frequencies and vibrations. Who causes these motion,
these vibrations and these frequencies? The will-pleasure of manifestation in the
Absolute Infinite Be-ness. So, everything is in the Absolute Infinite Be-ness, the Father,
the One God, in its omnipresence.
We are not just believing and worshipping to a static god, not knowing itself! Because the
main characteristic of the Absolute Infinite Be-ness is the selfhood, self-awareness.
But we cannot understand this kind of selfhood in the Absolute Infinite Be-ness. We said
that the Absolute Infinite Being-ness, the El Shaddai, the Logos, and the beings, the
archangelic orders, the lords of the elements, had created and are creating and will always
be creating the human being, using the human form in the absolute total wisdom of the
Be-ness - as the image and according to the likeness of the Be-ness, of the Being-ness
and of their own archangelic being-selves.
And according to Joshua Emmanuel, the God-man, the kingdom of the heavens,
everything existing in the worlds of existence, as worlds, are in our spirit-soul nature.
Now we must just see, what is the relation of the image and the likeness of the Absolute
Infinite Being-ness with us as human beings, living in a material body, in our human
form. So, as human beings, we have a gross-material body which belongs to the first
heaven, to the gross-material worlds. We have also our ethereal body, our etheric double,
corresponding to the etheric counterpart of our planet. We have also, what we call, our
emotional or psychical body, corresponding to the so called psychical world of our
planet.
We said yesterday that the material, the ethereal und the so-called psychical counterparts
of the planet are not touching any other heavenly bodies, material, ethereal or psychical
counterpart. Nothing can exist in the worlds of existence having a material body without
having an ethereal and an emotional or psychical counterpart. But our noetical body
corresponds to the noetical world of our planet, just being in the ocean of the mind
substance. So, as that, all the heavenly bodies are in this ocean of the mind we call
noetical substance. And in it they have their own individualist(ic), now, noetical
counterpart. We have now and (=also) our higher noetical or noetic body which is the
super-substance of the mind, which is the mind-super-substance in the worlds of
existence. These are the worlds of manifestation.
But as the Infinite Be-ness and the Absolute Infinite Being-ness and the beings, the
archangelic selves in that, are not the world of creation but they are the creators, so we
now, as spirit-soul-beings, we are not our bodies. But what about the human being now?
Now, we have double nature: the divine spirit-soul everlasting life-self and the shadow of
that real self of us - a creation in time and certain place of the planet, our human
personality, expressing the human egoism.
Now, we shall see how this egoism is created. Is this egoism a living entity? No, it's a
living existence, not entity. How is it made? Now, we said that we are in that ocean of
super-substance, we call the mind, the mind of the Absolute Infinite Be-ness and Being-
ness and of the Archangels. But ourselves as human beings, living in the worlds of
existence, do not emanate the mind ourselves, as human beings, but we borrow it. But
when we reach that stage of a self-super-intelligence, our spirit-soul-self, then our will-
pleasure will cause the emanation of the mind from us also. Because we are not different
to the other beings. They are immortal gods, we are also immortal gods.
And Joshua Emmanuel, the God-man, said: "All of you are gods, off-springs and sons of
the Almighty, Eloha, but living now as human beings. But even as human beings we are
the image and according to the likeness of God. Which means, that we can reflect a kind
of self, our human egoism of our personality. But what is this quality now of our present-
day-, "in the words of existence"-self? In nature: god, divine. In expression: a creation,
not more than that. This is what makes our egoism-self to change all the time. So, the
personality of a human being is changing in expression as our material body is changing
in substance and in matter.
So, the expression of the egoism-self is mortal, but our self in it - we are immortal. So,
our present-day-personality is a combination of the immortal covered with the mortal
self. Now we'll see, how is this material, egoistic, personal self created: What draws our
attention? What is raising in us desires of knowing, approaching, having? What is making
us think about something, creates a form in substance, we call elemental. Now, as the
mind is living, therefore: everything produced by the mind is living again. And each
elemental is living, having its own life, independent from our life as immortal gods.
Because the life of the elementals is not everlasting.
Now, how are these elementals formed? First of all: to exist they must have a form. When
we see something ( an elemental is created. We are not creating its form. But its nature is
given it a form. Shapes like snakes, like animals, like others without real shape, .... they
have their form of their own. And desiring, having something, we have seen as existing,
we give it a form. The form of a jewel, the form of something precious, the form of
something, we wish to have.
Now, how do we classify these (now) elementals, I call them "thought-forms"? In many,
many classes, according to their purity and to their nature. We said, and we repeat again:
Every thought, every emotion, everything, drawing our attention is creating an elemental.
Now, this elemental is not bigger, at the beginning, than the head of a pin. And the
clairvoyants can see it in the space between the eyes above the nose. So, what we call, the
common elementals are created through the material brains, or rather the ethereal double
of the material brains. When they are created there, they go out and they return back.
When coming back they enter through the seven energy centers, as seven elementals
now. And when they enter in the part of our personality, we call this sub-consciousness,
they become one again.
Joshua Emmanuel, the Christ, is describing these elementals, saying: "When the evil
spirit goes out of the man, finding itself in isolated places, he turns back to him, to its
source, bringing with him seven even more cunning spirit-elemental than itself." So the
God-man described that clearly.
Now, we said, that the nature of these elementals is classifying them into their own class.
Now, I don't want to use the word "evil". But I will call them "negative" or "bad", "less
bad", "indifferent", "good", "better" and "still better" - according to their nature and to the
work, they are going to do. Now, an elemental will never de-energize itself before it's
bringing to an effect the purpose, for who it had been created. The elemental believes and
thinks that it is serving you. But in reality it's enslaving you, becoming your master,
torturing you.
So, we must see, how these elementals are behaving - in two ways: the first is, getting
hold on the sub-consciousness of the personality; the second is, projecting themselves to
bring in effect the desired thing, you made them for. And studying matters in your life
you'll find out, that most of your desires had been fulfilled, sooner or later. This depends
upon the power and the strength, we are loading them. When a desire is fulfilled, that
elemental will dissolve itself, its energy, de-energize. But (as it is) desiring to prolong its
life, it creates also continuously other desires relative to it, if we are under its influence.
Now, you have noted, of course, that after a desire had been fulfilled, it's loosing much of
its value to you, and some other desire comes forward. And there is no end in desiring "to
have". Now, we said, that these elementals are classifying themselves according to their
nature in, what we call, our "sub-consciousness". Where is this sub-consciousness? In the
personality. And what is the personality? Not only the material body, also the emotional
body and the noetical body. So we'll find the elementals in our sub-consciousness, in the
material plane, in the ethereal - no!, in the psychical plane, the emotional plane and in the
noetical plane.
So, every elemental has its psychical counterpart - our desire! And its noetical part, the
thought behind it. So we can meet them also in the so-called psychical worlds and also in
the noetical worlds. In the noetic world (too)? In our noetic body? There is not place for
such elementals there. But, the nature, that created them, contaminated - returns now
pure. So, all the elementals, we consider as "love" - egoistic love, emotional and all that -
have no place there. But "impersonal love", cause behind them, as pure love, returns to
the noetic world to our noetic body. So, there is purification, there, of the nature, giving
life to the elementals, of the mind.
Do we have many kinds of love? On the material plane, in the psychical world and in the
noetical world - yes! Very many. But when Joshua Emmanuel, the God-man, was
speaking about love he meant something different. He said, the God-man: "My love, I am
giving to you, that you love one another as I have loved you." Not egoistically, desiring
to be served by the others. (He'd) gone to teach them, what he really meant by "love". He
had washed the feet of his disciples, kissing them.
So we must understand, what kind of love Joshua Emmanuel, the Christ, the God-man, is
expecting from us. When he said: "You must love your fellowman as your own self!"
Now, on "love", we need just to make many, many, many meditations, until we
understand, what is really love. Because "love" is, what have been greatly misunderstood,
especially (when) being under the shape of possessiveness: "my" husband, my" wife,
"my" children, "my" parents, "my" friends; with that "my" we believe in the law of
possessiveness. And the personal egoism is a very bad counselor. So, usually human
beings are loving by reflection. It is their personality and egoism (which) they love. In
those they believe, they are loving. And if the beloved ones are behaving in such a way
not pleasing us - what will happen? Human beings are hating, fighting, complaining. Is
that love? This is at least 80% of what human beings are calling "love" in this life. And
what this kind of love is giving to human beings? They punish themselves. It gives them
despair, complains, pain, tears. Is that not love? Of course it is.
But let us make a comparison now: Light comes from the sun. We know what's light
from the sun. But during the night of illusions, we are living in now, a dried log of wood,
our material bodies, if we set it on fire it gives flames. Of course, it gives some light
during the night, during the darkness. But that burning log is cracking, shouts, quarrels
with that light. What about the smoke coming out, causing tears to run down? This is the
human love now on the planet: flames over burning wood, leaving tears to the eyes,
smoke and cracking. This is not the love, Joshua Emmanuel, the Christ, said: "My love I
am giving to you, that you love one another, as I have loved you."
Now, when you make some exercises in meditation just make the comparison of "love",
human, in all its forms, and what I will call "impersonal, divine love". Then you'll
understand, what the God-man said: "Love those, who consider themselves as your
enemies, as your own self." Then you'll be able to understand, what is the divine,
"common-in-Logos"-selfhood - the oneness. Believe me, it's not a very easy thing, not to
know it, (but) to feel it, to live with it.
Now returning to the elementals again. These elementals are returning and are storing
themselves in what we call part of the sub-consciousness, which is in our personality. But
at the time, they are created, in their course of life and influence, they register, again,
everything of the super-substance of the mind of the planet, and in our personality, in our
sub-consciousness. Now I'll describe, what is this sub-consciousness.
The sub-consciousness - a word, used so many often by the psychiatrist and the psycho-
therapist, yet they don't know what it is. We classified it in some parts. The pure place in
our etheric double, in which it is the pure super-substance of the mind in all its forms.
And in it every day we have our daily bread, the mind. From that storehouse of the sub-
consciousness the holy archangels, the creators of the elements, being in it, unite
themselves and their mind with the mind of the Absolute Infinite Being-ness as etheric
vitality to create our material bodies, to create in our material body what's needed, to
close down wounds, to unite broken bones.

We have said, this is the clean, the purer side of our sub-consciousness. Now to the other
side of the sub-consciousness: the storehouse of the elementals, good or bad. There is
entrance there and the domain of the personal egoism. The personal egoism has no
entrance in pure side of our sub-consciousness. The holy archangels, the creators, and our
guardian archangel is not allowing to the personal egoism to enter there and interfere with
their creating work.
Now, this sub-consciousness is in the material body, in every atom of the material body
you can meet it, everywhere on the material body. More active it is in our etheric double,
also in the ethereal part of our material body, reflected, not active there. But in the so-
called "emotional" or the psychical body it's most active! There is the domain of the
personal egoism. And in the lower mental or the noetical body , but not so active.
Now, what is this - I would say - "domain" of this egoism, the personal egoism? A
combination of - what we call - "good" and "bad". The good elementals and the bad
elementals - fighting between them. Now, that domain is just its kingdom. No demons or
the fallen ones can enter there. But they can strengthen with their darkness the evil
elementals, which are there. No demon or any devil can enter in the material, the gross-
material body, in the psychical body, in the noetical body of any human being! Because it
is the kingdom and the domain of the holy archangels of the creation and of El Shaddai,
the Logos. But what do they say (=mean) - the demon-possessed fellows, even at the time
of Christ? As demons they are calling the elementals, the evil elementals, the man
himself has created. And I repeat again: No demon, any fallen one prince of the darkness,
can enter in the kingdom of God, which are the bodies of the human being! But evil
elementals, created by man himself as egoism and the personality, can receive the
vibrations of these demons outside of the bodies. So, they themselves, the human beings,
are responsible of their condition.
Now, these elementals - and some (sum-?)total of them as the egoism - are creating to the
personality what we call the habit, which is creating just a weakness, a passion and many,
many - I will say - not desirable states in a human being, as the habit of drinking, the
habit of gambling, the habit of saying lies, the habit of hating, the habit of fighting, ....
many, many other - I would call them - "bad" habits. I don't want to use the world "evil".
So, a habit is the sum-total of (a) certain class of elementals related amongst them,
sometimes - a legion. You have such a story in the New Testament, in the gospel, of these
evil elementals. What is their difference from the demons? Not very great (says Daskalos,
slightly laughing!), as they are like just in attunement with the demons - but they are not
the demons!
So, in introspection - or looking within, meditating - you have to check the nature of our
sub-consciousness. The nature and the cleanness, the quality of the elementals in it. Who
is going to do it? That part of our self we call egoism or we ourselves? Of course, when
you decide to do that, it is: we want it not the egoism. And just exercising our devine
nature of observation, when practicing the introspection, we have the opportunity to catch
this egoism, masquerading to be our real self.
Now, I said in previous lessons: you bring forward in your mind a scene which had
happened during the day. Now, a serious seeker of the truth will study also the nature of
memory and remembering and visualizing things, which had happened. This are the
qualities of our immortal "god-divine-self" (so) to do. And our real self now, exercising
its divine powers of observation and meditating, that means: using the mind self-
consciously, can reach to certain decisions.
So, the exercises of introspection are most necessary. Of course, just to help ourselves in
that, we must have just a code, a certain formula: "What I said, which I shouldn't say?
What I didn't say, what I should say? What I did, which I shouldn't do? And what I did
not do, which I should have done?" For example: I hear just insults and offending words.
Of course I come just as low as that, start insulting also, saying hard words. Should I say
that? Was it necessary to say that, just to respond? Now, I decide, that I shouldn't. The
egoism, which is not you, present itself now: "Yes, but, he told (taught?) you so many
things, why you shouldn't reply?" This is the time to catch him: "Come on! Now you
came forward, I know you now. You are not me." Then, of course, maybe that fellow
came striking, not only insulting, and offending; but when kicking, slapping .....
What Joshua Emmanuel, the God-man, said? "If someone slap you on your cheek, offer
him and (=also) the other, to calm things down!" Now, suppose, a fellow came, insulting,
offending, even attacking you. Is it necessary to do the same? Now, what will be the
result? ... You shouldn't do it! - Again the egoism comes forward: "Now, he kicked me!
He slapped me. Why should I not give him one?" Then you catch him: "No! You are not
deciding. I am deciding. I know your nature." Now, in the house, in the office, now, you
hear the children shouting, crying. You are up, nerved. You may say, that this is human,
to loose your temper. Then maybe you shout also, you give some slaps. What you did,
which you shouldn't do? Giving a slap. What you should do, that you have not done?
Being calm, quiet, cuddle your child, embracing, kissing, and ask him: "What's the
matter?" So, we should have this formula. We can just start then, practicing the
introspection. And the gain is great: You can separate your real self from what you think
it was your self, which is nothing more than the behavior of your personal egoism.
Now, following the egoism - and not just using the mind in a sober way - to what
difficulties it had also brought you until now? Enmity, hatred, tears, pain and complaints,
divorces, separation from those who you have called your beloved ones - thinking you
are hating them, but in reality you are loving them. All these circumstances - you have to
think them seriously over. And what we'll find out, you think? That this personal egoism,
you made the mistake to think that this was yourself, is nothing more than a demon
elemental, sum-total of elemental, let us call him "demon", presenting itself as an angel of
light. That demon is taking the mask of the I-ness, which is your self, saying: "But, I am
right!", meaning: we are right.
You will tell him: "No! 'I and we' is a difference. I am I and you are nothing! I am a
spirit-soul-self, immortal god. And you are simply the creation by my stupidity, a
creation of time and circumstances and place of desires, false emotions, and a kind of life
in the illusions and in the ignorance." How is that? Because we have used the super-
substance of the mind, pure, formless, just to make it slave to the petty desires, maybe
sometimes very bad, and to egoistic emotions. In this way, creating elementals, time and
place elementals, giving life to - what we call - "personal egoism". This personal egoism
now takes in his hand our life, just creating new elementals of its kind.
This is our life, o u r life, not the divine life in each one of us, but our individual, separate
life on the planet, which is creating a shell around ourselves, sum-total of our elementals,
in which we, as the egoism and as the real self, are enclosed. And we are slaves of this
shell. And this shell may be a "shell-hell". A hell or a paradise in the psychical plane, in
the world beyond, in the noetical world, according to our understanding is not existing!
Because as the gross-material world is created by the holy archangels - a real paradise for
us -, so the psychical worlds are created perfect and nice, and the noetical words - perfect
and nice; paradises beyond our comprehension. And there is not existing any archangel or
any god or any intelligence, just to be a judge! Just to come to judge us. Except the law or
the Holy Spirit itself ... [Daskalos: "not 'Geist'!" .... - 'Heiliger Geist' is o.k."] ... in us, in
our own egos.
Now, we said yesterday, that no one after passing away from the material body can find
itself in any paradise or in any hell, he is not already on the material plane. Then, where
are the paradises or the hells? Joshua Emmanuel, the Christ, said: "The kingdom of the
heavens are in you!" In our own nature. They give the sense of place. Joshua said: "I go
to my father. In my father's house there are many, many mansions. I go to prepare place
for you." The sense of place, a world of forms. Of course, these worlds are more
conditions than place. They are worlds of different dimensions. The psychical world is
the world of the four dimensions. The noetical world is the world of the five dimensions.
The pure noetic world is the world of the six dimensions. An our home of our real nature,
the spirit-ego-souls, is the world of the he seven dimensions. And all these worlds or
kingdom of the heavens are in our own nature. "Let us create man to our image and
according to our likeness!"
So, one - in introspection and in serious meditation - will find his relationship with the
worlds and with the truth. But to be able to do that, he has to understand and learn what is
the etheric double of their material bodies. What is that dirty part of his or her sub-
consciousness, where are stored the bad elementals. And portly (?) by his divine nature of
observation and using sober the mind, (he) de-energizes the bad elementals. That means,
pulling down brick by brick this hell-shell. And using now the mind as a creator create
constructive elementals, if he likes: just to build his paradise. But is that necessary? Yes,
for the beginning, for common people it is. But a paradise and a hell are two conditions in
the world of opposites. Now there is something beyond that: the world of the spirit-soul-
self - beyond a paradise, which is "union with the oneness". I know that, but no words, to
describe it.
Now, what is the duty of a seeker of the truth, now living in the material plane? To be
acquainted with his sub-conscious-self; let us calling like that, by observation and using
the mind. There is no excuse of not doing it. The divine father had given us the mind, and
in the same way he has given us the air and the etheric vitality for our bodies to live. So
there is no excuse for not using the mind now properly, and not enslaving it to petty
desires and emotions. Now, through introspection and right thinking we have to know
and de-energize all bad elementals in our sub-consciousness, in our present-day-
personality, that's the same thing. How? Fighting them? No. By fighting them, you give
them attention and strength. You may seem, that you are succeeding for a certain period
of time. But you'll be defeated.
Just study this case all around you. Many had found out that smoking or drinking or
gambling are ruining them. For some time they feel, they are succeeding. They gave up
smoking, they give up drinking, they give up gambling - for how long? A week? A
month? Three months? They return to it again. - "Daskale, really, I wanted it, I should, I
must give it up, but - I do not have the will of doing that." Fighting elementals, you will
be defeated. You can de-energize them by deciding, not to be anymore interested about
them. If you convince yourself by autosuggestion, that you are not anymore interested in
that, you disenergize them and you send them into the darkness. So, this is the way of de-
energizing elementals: deciding to believe - by autosuggestion - that you are no more
interested about it.
The will-power: I had a fellow. He was spitting blood by smoking too much. And the
doctors had sentenced that fellow. He said: "Daskale, I want to give it up, but I don't have
the will-power of doing it. I have very, very week will." This happened before some
years. He came to me. I said: "You're sure, you don't have the will-power of doing it?"
"Yes, don't argue about that. Really, I don't have much will-power." I got the packets of
cigarettes from his pocket, without (his) knowing it. And I said to that, who smoked in
front of him: "Don't give him any cigarette!"
Now: habit, the power of habit! Think, somebody is smoking and you are smoker and
tries to smoke. He couldn't find any cigarettes there (ins his pocket). He asked them to
give him one. "No!" - It was Sunday. All the places, they sell tobacco, ware closed. Just
on my veranda I had a bicycle - at that time. In despair he said: "No, I must have a
cigarette to smoke." I said: "You decided to give it up!" "I don't have the power!" He got
the bicycle and he went out to town. He had quarreled with three or four people, until
somebody decided, to open (the shop) and give him two packets. He got them and
smoked a cigarette and rode on the bicycle back here. Just to attend, what I was going to
say to the others.
I started laughing and told him: "Look here! You said, you don't have the will-power.
What about your will-power in going down, quarrelling, coming all this __?___, come
her - just to smoke? Is that not a strong will?" He started thinking. "Then, what can I do?"
- "Give it to me! Get one! Just make it like that and say: 'You, what are you to keep me
your slave?' Just convince yourself: now you are no more interested in smoking. And let
the others smoke!" In reality, that fellow was an intelligent fellow. He understood, what I
meant. He gave up smoking! This is many years ago. He is teaching other people now,
how to give up, not only smoking, any weakness!
So, a human being has a very, very strong will-power, if he will just keep in mind,
working with it. Now, how? The sub-consciousness of a human being is receiving orders,
executing them, not thinking about them, whether they are reasonable or not. Just turning
them into habits. Now, knowing the nature of our so-called sub-consciousness, we must
decide to work with it, master it, order it. And as sub-consciousness obeying orders as
autosuggestions, it can be our greatest friend, dissolving even cancers, closing woods in a
moment, do everything miraculously. Or under autosuggestions "fear" and such
autosuggestions it can put us under the earth, kill us. So, we have to work with our sub-
consciousness. There is no excuse, why not using the mind properly! The Father God is
giving it to us; in the same way he is giving us the air and the oxygen. And we are
supposed to use it, knowing the nature of this sub-consciousness, using the super-
substance of the mind, as - now - autosuggestion or creating powerful angelic elementals
to serve us.
In this way we can become masters of the gross matter, masters of our emotions, masters
of our thoughts. We find out, that we are not the emotions and the thoughts ourselves, but
the divine spirit-soul-being, eternal, everlasting god. So, no excuse as to not knowing the
reality, concerning our life and our way of life on the planet.

Now we'll make an exercise:

Relax completely the material body! It's yours and you can do it. Though other are
building it, others take care of it, unceasingly working in it, yet you can call it yours.
Relax completely the material body! Breath deeply - with comfort - and try to hear the
air in your lungs and feel the air in your lungs, putting to yourself the question: What am
I?
Joshua Emmanuel, the God-man, addressing his disciples and the other people, in
 preaching them, in one-ness with himself as the El Shaddai, the Logos, said to the
multitudes and to his disciples:
"I am the Lord, your God, in your bodies, your being-self, your God. I am the Lord God,
Eloha, in every human being. Love me in your being! Love me in the being of every other
human being! I, Eloha, your God, have given you a material body. My holy archangels,
Elohim, creating in your body, keeping it in good health.
"Feel me in your heart and hear me in the pulse of your heart! Feel me and understand
me in your material brains! I am the mind, I'm giving you to me, to understand me as life,
everlasting. I have given you the creating power in humanizing human beings like
yourself. Understand and value this divine gift I have given you, as a human being! Feel
me as the pulse of your heart! Clean your heart, so that I will reflect my love to you! And
give this love, my love, your love, to all other human beings!
"See me in love! See me in your heart! See me and feel me in your mind! Hear me in the
lightning and see me! See me and hear me in the storm! On the sea, everywhere, as life! I
am the Lord, your God, in you, as a human being. You are god! You are own being-self!"

Make on this just a meditation! The holy archangels in you and the
other archangels will help you understand.
