Preparation
(i)Prepare the tools as follow
General Tools
Socket 13mm
Screw Driver(-)
Special Tools

(ii)Before disassembly, clean working area and facilities
(iii)Clean the cylinder with cleaning solvent and dry with air
(iv)Match mark attached components to indicate proper positioning during Disassembly.
(v)Drain the hydraulic oil into a suitable container.
(vi)Thoroughly clean all parts and the inside of the casings.

4 Remove bracket, 3 units.

5 Take out the piston using special tool.

(LT )

6 Remove the piston.

7 Take out the pivot to remove piston eye.

(Hyva FE Type)

8 Take out the pivot using grip plier.

9 Take the piston eye out of the cylinder.( FE Type )

Take off the piston head after removing cylinder

10 Remove the O ring from piston eye. ( FE )

11 Take out the clip by using screw driver.

12 Remove the clip.

13 Removed cylinder using special tool (LT )

14 Femoved cylinder and stopper ring.

15 Remove the guide seal rings.

Install the clip into the
cylinder grove.

7 Fix the O ring.

8 Install the piston eye.

9 Install the pivot and

strike it.

10 Install new seal and

install the piston.

11 Install the bracket(3) with

13mm bolts(6 units).
