PNB Housing Finance Limited has financed a property located at Plot No. B-5/2 Sector-22 Transport Nagar Yojana in Gorakhpur for Mr. Deep Narayan Yadav. They are requesting that the Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority mark a charge/lien on the property in favor of PNB Housing and not release or transfer the property until the lease deed and permission to mortgage is submitted. PNB Housing will disburse the loan to Mr. Yadav once they receive a no objection certificate from the Authority along with the executed lease deed and permission to mortgage directly from the Authority.

Dear Sir,
Intimation about PNB Housing finance Limited stake in Property situated at PLOT NO. B-5/2
SECTOR -22 TRANSPORT NAGAR YOJANA, GIDA GORAKHPUR.
No Objection certificate from the authority
With reference to the above matter we would like to inform you that we have financed
following lease hold property and taken as security to the advance extended by us to Mr.
Deep Narayan Yadav, That due permission has to be issued by your office after execution of
lease deed on clearance of all due to your authority.
Name of allotee/Lessee: DEEP NARAYAN YADAV
Address of the property: PLOT NO. B-5/2 SECTOR -22 TRANSPORT NAGAR YOJANA,
GIDA GORAKHPUR.
We therefore request you to mark PNB housing finance limited charge/lien over the said
property and not to release/ transfer the same till the submission of lease deed and
permission to mortgage in favour of PNB Housing Finance Limited.
On receipt of NOC from Authority, we will disburse the loan is favour of borrower, as
outstanding balance is being paid by PNB Housing finance limited.
The Lease Deed and permission to mortgage should be sent directly to us.
