Answer: Being unconstitutional means that a law goes against the U.S. Constitution. The passage states
that the U.S. Supreme Court's job is to interpret laws, so the Court decides exactly what laws mean. If
the Court decides that a law means something that the Constitution does not allow, the Court can
overturn the law because it is unconstitutional.
Sheyla: I think that for a law to be unconstitutional means for a law to not be constitutional.I know this because
the prefix un means not and constitutional is a law being fair.
