AFFIDAVIT For GPA - by Allottee
I, Shri Anil Kumar Pahwa son of Shri Ramji Dass Pahwa resident of H.no. 461, Sector 4,
Gurugram, Tehsil and District Gurugram - 122001, do hereby solemnly affirm and declares as
follows :-
1. That I Shri Anil Kumar Pahwa was allotted an Industrial Plot bearing No. 621,
admeasuring 450 Sq.Mtrs., Situated in the Industrial Township known as PaceCity-II,
Sector - 37, Gurugram, Haryana by HUDA vide Allotment Letter memo no. 2646 dated
21.10.2003 and subsequent Conveyance Deed Vasika no. 6716 dated 11.01.2019,
registered at the office of sub-registrar, Gurugram.
2. That I Shri Anil Kumar Pahwa, I propose to sell the aforesaid Industrial Plot bearing
No. 621, admeasuring 450 Sq.Mtrs., Situated in the Industrial Township known as
PaceCity-II, Sector - 37, Gurugram, Haryana to (1) M/s ENDYMION EXPORT PRIVATE
LIMITED, having its Registered Office at F - 301, Lado Sarai, New Delhi - 110030 (2)
M/s SUSHIL CHANDRA JAIN (HUF) having its office at Flat no. - 104/105, Ivory Court -
2, Essel Towers, M. G. Road, Gurugram - 122002, Haryana, (3) M/s VIKAS JAIN (HUF)
having its office at Flat no - 104/105, Ivory Court - 2, Essel Towers, M. G. Road,
Gurugram - 122002, Haryana (hereinafter referrred to as Purchaser(s))
4. That the said General Power of Attorney (GPA) was executed and registered as
document no. 201 dated 11.01.2005 in the office of The Sub-Registrar, Charkhi Dadri,
Haryana.
5. That I hereby confirms and assures that no cancellation of said General Power of
Attorney GPA is executed/registered till date and that this General Power of Attorney
dated 11.01.2005, is valid till date.
6. That the said GPA has already been verified from the Sub-Registrar Charkhi Dadri,
Haryana on 04.09.2019.
7. That I Anil Kumar Pahwa have no objection if the allotment of Industrial Plot bearing No.
621, admeasuring 450 Sq.Mtrs., Situated in the Industrial Township known as PaceCity-
II, Sector - 37, Gurugram, Haryana, is transferred in the records of HUDA in favour of the
above-mentioned Purchaser(s).
8. That neither I nor Shri Raj Kumar Pahwa and/or our successors, legal heirs, assigns,
attorneys or executors shall have any claim whatsoever in respect of the title or benefit
of the aforesaid after receipt of entire consideration from the above-mentioned
purchasers.
9. That the aforesaid Industrial plot is free from all charges, liens, mortgages, attachments
or court injunction etc.
10. That I shall indemnify and keep harmless HUDA from any claim which may be
liable/accountable on account of any of my statement/averments made in this affidavit
which may be incorrect or false or any claim which I or my agents, executants, heirs or
administrators may at any time lodge against HUDA to claim any profit or title in respect
of the dwelling unit above.
