1.0 GUARANTEED TIME FOR COMPLETION

The key periods shall be filled in by the Tenderer in the attached Schedule No. H-2.
Initially for tender purposes, the various time periods, programme, histogram, S-curve,
etc. shall be indicated in terms of weeks from the Effective Date of Contact (EDC).
Reference shall also be made to Clause 3.12.3 – Programme, Progress of Work and
Reporting – Section 3.2: General Technical Requirements.
It shall be noted that the indicated data for “ready for inspection and testing”, “ready for
shipment”, “delivery to site”, and “completed, tested and ready for continuous use” shall
refer to the completed equipment of the corresponding item and the “delivery” shall refer
to the last consignment of the corresponding item.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The “Guaranteed Times for Completion” schedule shall be submitted together with the
Technical Part of the Tender.

2.0 CONTRACT EXECUTION PLAN

(Reference Article 9 of the General Conditions of Contract)

2.1. Definition of the Milestones (Section of Works)

For definition of the Milestone, please refer to the General Conditions of the
Contract, article 1.38.

Generally, Time for Completion for each Milestone is specified based on the
requirement for completion and energization of the respective substation fed by
subject cable line.

The Tenderer shall note that Contractual Certificates (like Certificate of Operation,
NOSP, TOC, FCC) shall be applied and issued per Milestone.

2.2. Sequence of the Project Certificates

The Tenderer shall consider the following sequence of the Project Certificates in
order to prepare his the Execution Plan.

It should be noted that energization of the Milestone (corresponding to issue of

Certificate of Operation) have to be achieved minimum 45 days before specified
Time for the Completion as indicated in the attached Table.

2.3. Contract Execution Program

The Contract Execution Programme shall be in the form of a bar chart showing the
sequence and duration of major activities. The Contract Execution Programme
shall show the phasing of all the work defined in Section 3 – Appendix “A” and
shall be prepared based on the following:

2.3.1. Effective Date of Contract (Tentative): 1st December, 2014

2.3.2. Specified Time for Completion As per Table H-1

Progress S-Curve
The planned progress S-curve related to the Contract Execution Programme shall
include the planned percentage progress to be achieved during each week of the
Contract.

2.4 Method Statement

The Tenderer shall provide a detailed method statement of executing the work in
accordance with the Contract Execution Program. The Method Statement shall
comprise at least the following:

2.4.1. Description of the methodology intended to be applied in case of Award.

The description shall include the scope of the maximum number of
Packages the Tender proposed to be able to carry out.
2.4.2. Bar charts, level 1 and level 2, indicating the proposed timing. Bar charts
shall be provided for each Milestone.
2.4.3. S-Curve, for each Milestone, based on the bar chart.
2.4.4. Man-power histogram.
2.4.5. Any other material to demonstrate Tenderer’s ability to carry out selected
scope.

** Actual Duration shall be agreed with KM and it will depend on Site availability, Approval status of the
design documents and other elements that can influence on the completion time.

Notes:

Time for Completion corresponds to period between Effective Date of Contract and Contractual
Completion (Taking Over Certificate) Date for Milestone.

Period Required for Completion is period defined by KM as normally required to complete the Milestone
after all necessary documents and permits for site access are available.

Time Gap between Period Required for Completion and Time for Completion can be utilized by KM to
obtain all necessary documentation related to site access. Any delay to achieve site access, if within this
Gap, can’t be claimed by the Contractor as reason for Extension of Time.

In order to achieve Contractual Completion Date, “Tests after Installation” as defined in GCC must be
successfully finalized at least 45 days before Contractual Completion Date.
