Flash Point
Minimum Temperature at which Liquid gives off < 100°F : Flammable
Sufficient Vapor in sufficient Concentration to form
Ignitable Mixture to create MOMENTARY FLASH when ≥ 100°F : Combustible

Fire Point
Minimum Temperature at which Liquid gives off Sufficient Vapor in sufficient
