Instructions:

1. Performance competencies labeled with (1) will be only used to evaluate managers and supervisors.
2. The rating for the competencies is ranging from 1 (Does not Meet the Requirements) to 4 (Significantly Exceeds Requirements).
3. The overall rating has to be done as following:
3.1 Managers/Supervisors are evaluated based on 18 competencies. Overall Rating
= (sum of ratings/(total ratings=72))*100.
3.2 The other employees are evaluated based on 12 competencies. Overall Rating
= (Sum of ratings/(total ratings = 48))*100.
4. Overall Rating Dictionary:
− Significantly exceeds the requirements >= 75%
− 50% < Exceeds the requirements =< 75%
− 25%=< Meets the requirements =< 50%
− Does not meets the requirements < 25%
