any confirmation by August 02 please call us.
SCHEDULE
Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 14 at the Hilton Garden Inn. The course will meet from 8:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on first two days and 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on third day. The daily schedule will include breakfast,
refreshment breaks, and lunch at noon. Fee covers notebook, breakfast, break refreshments and lunches.
CANCELLATION
If you cannot attend the course after registration, please notify us by August 4th, 2018 and we will refund 100% of your
fee. Cancellations received after August 4th, are subject to $400 processing fee. No-shows are subjected to full course
fee. You may enroll a substitute at any time before the course starts. FIS reserves the right to cancel any course with
insufficient registration. Registrants will be notified as soon as a decision is made .
