New SupportLink Functionality

The PACCAR team has been listening to the feedback provided on the SupportLink site. Based on your
suggestions, we are pleased to announce the following SupportLink enhancements. Please continue to
provide your feedback so we can continue to make the site easier to use!

One Click Incident Search

 Clicking on the Your Account tab now takes you to one page to search for all of your incidents.

Search by Date Range

 The Account Overview page now shows all of your open Incidents or any that were resolved in
the past 7 days.
 If you now want to see older incidents, simply change the date range.
Enhanced Search Type

 You now can access the search filters without having to click into Advance Search.
 Customer Name is now added to the search filters. If you add the Customer Name when
submitting an incident, you can now search by it.

Engine Support Chassis Search

This comprehensive history of MX Engine repairs will reduce the amount of time spent by dealers diagnosing and
repairing MX engines.

The search will return all SupportLink cases related to a chassis regardless of which dealer created them. You will
be able to view and edit any case created within your organization. Any case that was created outside of your
organization will be locked for editing, however, you will be able to view the troubleshooting and repair details.

Step 1. Enter the last 8 digits of the chassis number into “Search Support History”

Step 2. (Optional) Enter the date range of your search. If you do not select a date range, the search will
default to cases that are currently open and those which were closed within the last seven days.

Step 3. Click on the drop down tab under “Search Type” and select “Chassis Number”

Step 4. Click on the drop down tab under “Limit By Department” and select “Engine Support”
Step 5. When you are done making your selections, click on the “Search” button.

Roadside Reporter

The PACCAR Customer Center Team is pleased to announce the launch of our newly enhanced Roadside
Reporter website. This website enhancement is Phase I of future enhancements and incorporates a
user-friendly landing page, a new interaction notes section, and easy to find case updates. You'll find
everything you're looking for in a few easy clicks!

1.  New Landing Page

 The Service Requests page will now be the landing page.

2. Incident Interaction Notes Visibility

 Drill down functionality from the associated (child) incidents will provide visibility of
incident interaction notations.

3. New Case Update Sorting

 Cases with the most recent updates will sort to the top of the Service Request page.

The Paccar Customer Center Team is very excited to be able to provide a more intuitive Roadside
Reporter tool with easy to find case information that adds value to your business. Navigation
instructions will be available soon!
