SYMPTOM:
Not able to connect to AirPrint or Print via AirPrint.
SOLUTION:
The following settings and firmware are required when installing AirPrint:
MP C6003/C5503/C4503
-PDF Firmware: 1.04 or later
- Network Support firmware: v12.67 or later
- Web Support firmware: v1.04.7 or later
- Printer firmware: v1.11 or later
-Package All firmware version 9.00 dated 12-20-2014 or later
MP C6003/C5503/C4503] (Smart Operation Panel)
-PDF Firmware: 1.04 or later
- Network Support firmware: v12.90 or later
- Web Support firmware: v2.06 or later
- Printer firmware: v2.12 or later
-Package All firmware version 11.00 dated 12-20-2014 or later
MP C3503/C3003
-PDF firmware: 1.06 or later
- Network Support firmware: v12.74 or later
- Web Support firmware: v1.10.8 or later
- Printer firmware: v1.09 or later
-Package All firmware version 9.00 dated 12-16-2014 or later
MP C3503/C3003 (Smart Operation Panel)
-PDF firmware: 1.06 or later
- Network Support firmware: v12.90 or later
- Web Support firmware: v2.06.1 or later
- Printer firmware: v2.12 or later

EXAMPLE:
Log in to the Web Image Monitor as administrator (default user name is “admin” and password is “null”) and
go to Device Management.

Select OK and go to Network and Choose AirPrint. Then select Device Certificate

Now fill up all necessary fields per customer requirement including validity period.
Press Ok and the MFP will create a certificate. Log back in to Web Image Monitor and confirm certificate is
installed. SSL/TLS is active and TLS1.2 is active.
After certificate is installed, Web Image Monitor can only be viewed by using HTTPS.
