What is involved with this accreditation?


The focus for this accreditation centres on:
Assay importing in acQuire4 and assay data storage within the ADM
QAQC analysis within acQuire4
The functionality an acQuire4 user needs to work efficiently with acQuire4 in an implemented environment
Creating workspace objects
An introduction to working with the Structured Query Language (SQL).

Prerequisite
acQuire Foundation (ACQ1000) accreditation

How do I become accredited?


You will be awarded accreditation when you are deemed competent in these units:
Data Collection (ACQ200)
Assay Importing and QAQC (ACQ201)
Reporting (ACQ202)
Introduction to the Structured Query Language (ACQ203).

Which accreditation is right for me?


This package is suitable for:
New and existing database managers responsible for creating acQuire4 objects
Anyone that requires this accreditation to progress through their acQuire Learning Pathway.

Accreditation and the acQuire Learning Pathway
acQuire accreditation packages have been developed using a competency based learning approach. All
packages follow a clearly defined Learning Pathway. This means that the learning program for each package has
been designed to ensure that delivery, assessment and accreditation centre on a participant’s ability to
demonstrate and apply the skills and knowledge they have learned to the level of proficiency required for the
accreditation.
The learning methods employed may include:
Face-to-face learning sessions
Online learning sessions
Practical activities to reflect authentic tasks
Specialised learning sessions.

The accreditation process


Fair and valid assessments have been developed to determine that a participant is competent in each unit, and
satisfies the corresponding accreditation criteria.
Accreditation is awarded when a participant is assessed as competent against all the learning outcomes for each
unit in the package. For packages with multiple units, all units must be completed within 12 months of starting
the first one. The accreditation is valid for two years.
For each participant awarded accreditation, acQuireTechnology Solutions will:
Issue an accreditation certificate and card (with a unique ID number)
Allow these post-nominals to be adopted for the duration of the accredited period:

acQuire Practitioner - Coal Your name, AP C (space between AP and C)

acQuire Certified Professional - Workflow Your name, ACP W (space between ACP and W)
acQuire Certified Professional - Administrator Your name, ACP A (space between ACP and A)
acQuire Certified Professional - Data Collection Your name, ACP DC (space between ACP and DC)
acQuire Certified Professional - Data Analysis Your name, ACP DA (space between ACP and DA)
acQuire Certified Professional - Enterprise Your name, ACP E (space between ACP and E)

When your accreditation period expires, you must re-apply for your accreditation if you want to continue it.

Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes:
Can be defined as a clear description of the knowledge and skills that a participant can expect to gain and
demonstrate as a result of their learning
Identify the direct benefits of undertaking the learning
Provide the framework for valid competency assessments.
