One hundred and fifty-one hours of intensive “real-time” in person training focused
on both personal development, professional training. ICF and MMS Coach
Certification are extremely valuable to anyone valuing interpersonal skills

The Structure of the MMS Coach Training


Trainings are conducted with a leader and a team of MMS trained coaches.
Trainer conducted in-person sessions
•  4 hours per week of classroom sessions = 48 hours
•  3 intensive two-day weekend sessions = 48 hours
•  6 individual feedback sessions (90min) = 6 hours
•  10 Mentoring sessions = 10 Hours
Sub Total in person with MCC 112 hours

Independent Study
• 74 modules of Virtual Training= 5 hours
•  2 hours per week of peer coaching sessions = 22 hours
•  1 hours per week of reading, etc. = 12 hours
Total number of minimum hours = 39 hours
