You are required to conduct a detailed study of your company/organization focusing
specifically upon the Human Resources system. This is a group project which would require adequate effort from all members. The project would require a presentation as a well as a formal report. Each member will get the same grade for their group projects so please make sure that you give it your best. Font Size: 12 Font Style: Times New Roman Line Spacing: 1.5 Length: 10-15 Pages (excluding appendices) - Introduction: In this section you will provide an introduction of your company and the reasons for your selection. You may include a brief description of the type of organization and the industry. - Analysis: In this section you will describe the management structure of the organization. You will then focus on the Human Resource System and start with your analysis. This is one of the most important sections of your project so please make sure you pay close attention. You may include a SWOT analysis, Hofstede’s cultural dimensions and other tools if appropriate. - Recommendations: Based on your analysis you will be required to come up with substantial recommendations for the organization in order to utilize opportunities and overcome weaknesses. Your recommendations should be clear and should be followed by the rationale. You should then come up with one recommended strategy that would be most beneficial and effective in improving current HR processes. - Conclusion: You should have a proper conclusion for your report and should summarize your analyses and findings. The 10-15 page limits does not include appendices. You should have an appendix containing references, graphs, charts etc. - Presentation: You are expected to deliver a professional presentation using MS Power Point. Please make sure that you are wearing professional attire. Each group would get 30 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. Therefore, time management is essential.
