pass on the good news. Chiu-Nan is not charging for it, so we should make it for free for everyone. Your reward is when
someone through your word of mouth benefits from the regime. Gallstone may not be everyone’s concern. But they should be
because we all have them. Moreover, gallstone may lead to cancer. Cancer is never the first illness. Chiu-Nan point out.
“Usually there are lots of other problems leading to cancer. In my research in China I came across some materials, which say
that people with cancer usually have stones. We all have gallstone. It’s a matter of big or small, many or few. One of the
symptoms of gallstone is a felling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel you can’t digest the food. If it gets serious, you
feel pain in the liver area. “So if you think you have gallstone. Chiu-Nan offers the following method to remove them
naturally. The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver and gall bladder are closely linked.

REGIMEN: For the first five (5) days, take four (4) glasses of apple juice everyday. Or eat four (4) or five (5)

apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days eat

normally.

On the sixth day, take no dinner. At 6pm take a teaspoon of Epson Salt (magnesium sulfate) with

a glass of warm water.

At 8pm repeat the same. Magnesium sulfate opens the gallbladder ducts.

At 10pm take half-cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half-cup of fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and

drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

The next morning you will find green stones in your stools. “Usually they float.” Chiu-Nan notes.

“You might want to count them. I have people who passes 40-50 0r up to 100 stones. “Very many.

“even if you don’t have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It’s always good

to give your gall bladder a clean up now and then.

NOTE: You can purchase Epsom Salt at the Wellness Institute or call 722-2354 or any local chemical stores near
you like Allyson’s Chemicals or any other company that do carry food chemicals. (Recommended period: Do it
once a year.

I’ve checked with Allyson’s Chemical, (located at 1425 G. Araneta Ave., QC. 712-2266). They sell it 15/kilo.
Compared to Wellness I believed they sell @ php 10/tbsp. which is quite expensive.

My officemate tried this method after I posted this info at our bulletin board, very thankfull that she found the
natural method-----she was about to undergo Laparoscopic Procedure, but she postponed it when she
experience relief by the above method.
