Dealer Proposal For Go Gas

1. Proposal: We propose you GoGas Dealership (As per terms & Conditions discussed).

2. Commercials: Cylinder Deposit:

 Cylinders: 15 Kg Cylinder Deposit rate: Rs.1500/- per cylinder
 Cylinders: 17 Kg Cylinder Deposit rate: Rs.1700/- per cylinder
 Cylinders: 21 Kg Cylinder Deposit rate: Rs.2100/- per cylinder
 Cylinders: 33 Kg Cylinder Deposit rate: Rs.2700/- per cylinder (VOT)
 Cylinders: 33 Kg Cylinder Deposit rate: Rs.3750/- per cylinder (LOT)

Connection includes regulator, hose pipe (optional) can be procured from your own sources.
 3. Investment & Margin Proposal:

4. Support System for Dealers:

 LPG & Retail distribution training.
 Training on Explosive Rules/ Gas Cylinder Rules.
 Safety Maintenance training & tips.
 Vehicle branding Design.
 Product Detailer, Pamphlets, Brochure Designs.

**Note – All charges and fees needed for Godown & related approval are excluded and needs to be
paid by the dealer to Government Offices as applicable.

5. Eligibility Criteria:
 Proprietorship/ Partnership Firm/ Company
 Local resident of that territory
 Should have the aggression to grow & expand the business & market.
 Should have Documents (Valid Address Proof, ID Proof.)
 Prior business experience is preferable.

6. Payment Terms:
 100% Advance along with a validated Purchase Order. Without this no cylinder will be
issued.

7. Construction of Godown:
 As per Government Norms, LPG storage Godown licensed by Petroleum & Explosive
safety organization is a pre requisite for this business. Hence need to have following
configuration of Land(Either Owned or leased ;owned land being preferred)

8. Documents to be submitted to PESO for preliminary Godown Approval:

 Application to PESO as per Letter format.
 Attested 7/12 & 8D extract from Tehsil office.
 Ownership document or notarized lease deed of the plot / land.
 NOC from land owner to set up LPG godown on premises
 Layout plan with all dimensions clearly mentioned with 100m radius layout
 LOI from LPG bottling company.
 NOC from Gram Panchayat to build LPG godown.
 Requisite scrutiny fee vide Demand Draft.

**Terms & Conditions mentioned in the agreement shall remain final. This is basic proposal only for
understanding.

9. How to Proceed:
 Agreement shall be executed after submission of necessary documents. Following
documents required to process the agreement.
 Shop & Establishment Certificate/N.O.C from Local Administrative body.
(Municipal Corporation/Municipality/Grampanchayat)
 Documents of Shop (Registered Agreement if not owned.)
 KYC Documents of the owner. (Aadhar Card/ Election Card/ Bank Passbook
with Photo- in Case of Partnership firm- Each Partner’s KYC Documents
Required & registered Partnership deed )
 PAN card of the firm & owner( In Case of Partnership firm- Each Partner’s
PAN CARD Copy Required & PAN Application on the name of Firm-
Acknowledgement to be submitted.
 G.S.T taxation whenever will be applicable.
 2 Photographs ( Proprietor or each partner)
 Stamp papers of Rs.500/- X 2 No’s for Agreement.
10. Note:
 Existing Dealers will continue to work in the specified territory.
