GY-150T has 2 wheels trailer for easy relocation.

It has better working efficiency in hard rock diamond core drilling because it has higher rotate speed.
GY-150T is a star model, we have several modified model based on it:
GY-150H: It can skid on the frame, the retraction is 400mm. But it doesn’t come with 2 wheels trailer and use a four poles drilling
mast with a separate drilling mast base frame.
GY-150B: It has a mud pump attached on the rig, it doesn’t require additional mud pump. Thus it has a slightly larger power unit
than GY-150T, this model also comes with 2 wheels trailer.
GY-150HB: It is a GY-150B model with skid function, it doesn’t come with 2 wheels trailer and use the same drilling mast like GY-
150H.

DIAMOND CORE DRILLING EQUIPMENT

In mining sector, to probe the contents of the ore deposits and potential sites, diamond core
drilling needs to be carried out, which is also called exploration diamond drilling.

A typical and most commonly used drilling process is diamond wireline core drilling,
another method is conventional drilling which is similar to the geotechnical survey drilling.

Because the two methods use different drilling accessories, their core extraction process is
different. In wireline drilling the inner tube barrel where the core sample is obtained &
reserved can be fished up by a tool called overshot without removing all the drilling strings,
and it is also very convenient to put it back down to the hole bottom to resume drilling.

Whereas in conventional drilling the

complete drilling string needs to be lifted
up in order to retrieve the core barrel and
after that all tools need to be connected to
form a drilling string again.
Therefore, wireline drilling is much more
efficient in drilling, this advantage is
getting bigger as the exploration depth
increases.
As wireline drilling has more complex
tools, it is also cost more in budget.

HYDRAULIC INCLINATION DRILLING TOWER SYSTEM

Sometimes, in order to make better assessment about the mine deposit underground
distribution, some non-vertical hole drilling is required, which is normally called inclination
drilling.
To do this, we have developed the hydraulic tower system so that the tower system can tilt up/
down at 0-90°. In practice it allows user to drill 60-90°, but the drill capacity will be shorter
than vertical drilling.

AUGER PILING ROTARY DRILLING RIG

The Auger Piling Rotary Drilling Rig is used for

auger piling drill, it can drill fast in large
diameter through withered rocks and shale
rocks. With the crawler structure, it can work on
soft loosen ground. The machine has big
t o r q u e ( 1 5 0 k N . m ) a n d l a rg e h o i s t i n g
capacity(27000kN), the maximum diameter
can be up to 1500mm, depth 15-20m.

TRAILER CONCRETE PUMP

Trailer Concerete Pump can do concrete mixing and concrete delivery, it is highly
automatic in feeding, mixing and pumping, which improve the construction efficiency
and labor saving, reduce the costs. The pump doesn't occupy large areas, can work in small
site, with the trailer, the pump can be moved conveniently.

We supply various pump models, ranging from 25m3/h (Concrete Delivery Volume ),
8MPa(Concrete Discharging Pressure) to 100 m3/h, 18MPa.

Diesel engine or electricity motor is for option.

MUD PUMP

BWQ-160 SINGLE PISTON PUMP

Mud pump is to circulate drilling fluid under high
pressure down the drill string and back up from the
annulus.
The drilling fluid is usually mud slurry made of a
mixture of water, bentonite, and other chemicals in
proper proportion to fit for different earth
formation and drilling purpose.
The circulation of the drilling fulid helps to cool
down the drilling bits, bring out the drilling
cuttings and maintain the strength of the wall of
the drilling hole preventing from collapse.
Mud pump can also be used as grouting pump.

ROCK DRILLING TOOLS

Rock drilling tools use air compressor to drive the drill bit to penetrate the rocks, there are
different equipment for different application purpose.

PUSHER LEG DRILLS is light rock drilling equipment which has been using in the
industry for decades and still it is widely used in the construction of tunneling and other
projects. It is a light, easy to use, and cost effective tool.
We can supply pusher legs and their matching drilling rods, drilling bits.

JUMBO DRILLING is more effective & automatic rock drilling equipment which is
usually used in underground mining and tunneling.
We can supply various button drilling bits, shanks fitting for majority of jumbo machines

DTH DRILLING is down-the-hole drilling. It has a

hammer screwed on the bottom of a drill string, and
the fast hammer action breaks rocks into small
flakes and dust which is blown clear by the air
exhaust from the DTH hammer.
DTH drilling rocks is very fast, it is widely used in
hole boring such as piling, water well, thermal well
etc.
