Grease cartridge
• Automatic single point long term dispenser for grease and oil
• No manual lubrication of lock mechanism required
• TÜV approved
• Contents: 125 ml
• Operating system: Hydrogen gas formation cell
• Operating pressure max. 3 bar
• Setting: continuous 1-12 months
• Average period of use approx. 6 months
• Operating temperature: -20° C .+55°C ambient temperature
• Recommended storage temperature of 20°C ±5°C
Instructions
For higher or lower ambient temperatures or varying lubrication requirements, the grease quantity can be continuously
adapted on a daily basis. An initial setting of level 6 is recommended.
• Application: The dispenser can be mounted in all conditions
• Important: do not expose directly to heat
• Use within 2 years filling date

Grease cartridge
The dispensed grease quantity per day is affected by the following:
• Ambient temperature
• Resistance / back pressure in lines
• Viscosity of grease
The Simulabe can be adjusted or shut off during the period of dispensing. The setting on the adjusting washer refer
to standard conditions. It is recommended to check the function of the dispenser (piston movement, targeting unit)
at regular intervals. The trouble free functioning of the lubricant dispensing system is only guaranteed by using the
recommended lubricant, the original simulabe accessory program and observing the mounting, operating and
maintenance regulations. Failure to observe these instructions excludes the manufacturer from liability for any
resulting damages.
Security note:
If the lubricator is started without opening the outlet or in case of blocked grease lines, the pressure in the lubricator
can built up approx. 5 bars. At an overpressure of approx. 6 bars the lubricator bursts on the defined breaking point
between housing and bottom. The pressure behind the piston releases and oil or grease can come out on the
defined breaking point.
