Received letter from IRS, Bensalem PA. We are sending your
correspondence, dated May 28, 2010
to OGDEN SERVICE CENTER, 1973 RULON WHITE BLVD STOP 4450, OGDEN, UT
84404
who has responsibility for handling matters of this kind. You will be
contacted in 45 days.
This is the first letter from the IRS that I have seen that states that
Ogden has responsibility
for handling AFV. The only difference I see in what i have been doing
is the IRS says Stop 4450
rather than 4440.
In the May 25th package there were also two other IRS bills that I had
AFVed, we will see if they
receive the same treatment.

Accountant Allstar 07/14/09 3:47pm PDT Sometimes faxes crash. Sometimes
they have received
too much and can not receive any thing more. Suggest, you wait a day or
two and try again.

There is no form available to update the information, and the IRS asks
entities updating their information NOT to submit a second EIN
application. Instead, the IRS asks that the entity send a letter, on
company letterhead, if available, providing the name and Taxpayer
Identification Number of the current principal officer, general
partner, grantor, owner, or trustor. Be sure to include the entitys
complete name, EIN, and mailing address so we can correctly identify
your IRS account. Depending upon the entitys principal business
address, the entity should send the letter to the one of the following

The Service will approve or deny the penalty abatement request based on
the facts and circumstances of each request. Within 30 days after
receipt of the penalty abatement request, the Service will send a
letter to the partnership either approving or denying the request for
abatement. For additional information regarding penalty abatement see
