2. Please be informed that respondent HENRY LLATUNA y ZULITA undergone inquest


proceeding at Misamis Oriental Provincial Prosecutor, Upper Carmen,CDOC docketed under
NPS NO. X-05-INQ-20G-00486 with CHARISSA KAY B. ALVAREZ PABATAO as the
recommending prosecutor and was thereafter charged with VIOLATION OF SEC 5, ART II OF
RA 9165 docketed under CR DRG NO. R-CDO-20-02895-CR and VIOLATION OF SEC 11,
ART II OF RA 9165 docketed under CC NO. R-CDO-20-02896CR at Branch 40, RTC 10,
CDOC with MARIA CORAZON B. GAITE-LLANDERAL as the handling judge.

3. The cellophanes of white crystalline substance seized from the suspect tested positive
for the presence of SHABU weighing a total of .3103 grams under Chem Report No. D-199-
2020 MIS OR A MISOR A with PLT KIMBER JEAN RAGMAC of RCLO 10 as the
examiner/chemist.
