SUBJECT : After Activity Report re: Security Assistance 1st Quarter NSED
2019

DATE : February 21, 2019

1. References: a. OPLAN “Sambayan”;


b. LOI “Sang-ingat”; and
c. Memorandum from PD, Bulacan PPO thru AC, PCADB dated
February 20, 2019 with subject Conduct of the CY 2019 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous
Earthquake Drill (NSED).

2. In lined with the PNP Patrol Plan 2030, be informed that on February 21,
2019 at about 2:00 in the afternoon, personnel of this station under the supervision of
the undersigned provided area security assistance in the conduct of the CY 2019 1 st
Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held at Barangay Bayabas, DRT,
Bulacan.

3. The said activity was participated by the Barangay DRRMO of Bayabas


headed by Barangay Captain Felizardo C. Esquivel, DRT MDRRMO headed by Mrs.
Joylene Q. Sembrano, , 48IB PA led by Sgt. Mario M Cabingon Jr (Inf) PA (Evaluator),
BFP DRT led by SFO2 Alvin G Avanceña, Bulacan PCADB represented by SPO1
Charo Santos (Evaluator) and Office of the Civil Defense Region 3 led by Mr. Ray Victor
Y. Apaya (Evaluator). During the said activity, several scenarios were performed by the
DRRMO members of said Barangay such as earthquake, landslide and fire. The said
activity was ended in an evaluation of the activities performed by the BDRRMO. This
activity aims to showcase the readiness and capabilities of the Barangay when disaster
occurs. Attached herewith are the pictures of the said activities.
