Accessing Product Readiness Information (TOIs) for OTM 5.

To view the OTM 5.5 Transfer of Information presentations, complete the following procedure:
1. In your browser, go to http://www.oracle.com.
2. Click the Education link.

3. Next, click the Training Formats link.

4. Next, click the Knowledge Center link.

5. Click Create A New Account (see red box), or if you are returning to this site and
already have an Oracle Web account and have accepted the OU Knowledge Center Free
Trial Agreement, you may log in (see blue box) and go to step 11.

Result: The Oracle Knowledge Center Free Trial Subscription screen appears.

6. Click Accept and then Confirm to accept the License Agreement.

Result: The Sign In page appears.

7. Enter your Email and Password.


8. Confirm your Password.
9. Click Confirm

Result: The Oracle profile page appears.

10. Complete the profile and click Confirm.

11. If you already have an ilearning.com account, enter your User Name and Password.

12. Click the Access Knowledge Center link in the light gray box.

Results: You see the Oracle University My Learning screen.

13. Enter 1 of the following phrases into the Search Catalog field.
a. Release 5.5 Overview
b. Transportation Management Overview
i. Dock Scheduling and Yard Management
ii. Enhanced Ready to Ship
iii. Wireless Enhancement
iv. Actuals Overwrite Plan
v. Buffer Orders
vi. Per Mile Fuel Surcharge
vii. Integration Enhancements

c. Transportation Operational Planning Overview
i. Commitment Based Service Provider Assignment
ii. Load Configuration
d. Freight Payment Billing and Claims Overview
i. OTM Voucher to Oracle EBS AP Integration

i. Freight Forwarding Quote Enhancements
ii. Freight Forwarding Enhancements Agent Trading Partner and Air
f. Transportation Cooperative Routing Overview

14. Select the Exact phrase checkbox.

15. Click Go.

If you are an Oracle employee or partner, you see 2 results under Self-Paced Learning: one with
a Fee structure of Employee and Partner and a second with a Fee structure of Product
Readiness. These 2 classes are identical. The one with the Fee structure of Employee and
Partner can only be accessed by Oracle employees, while the one with the Fee structure with
Product Readiness can be accessed by anyone with an Oracle University account.

OTM customers and non-Oracle consultants will see only 1 link under Self-Paced Learning with a
Fee structure of Product Readiness.

16. Click the See all # results in Self-Paced Topics… link.

17. Click the title of the Product Readiness course that you want to view.

(In this example, click the second Release 5.5 Overview link.

18. Click Play to take the course.
