SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAM AND POLICY

Z-ENERGY CATV NETWORK, INC. committed to implement a safety and health program
that will insure workers safety and loss prevention as to life and property. The company
continues to strategize in maintaining a sound and safe policy for the prevention of injury,
illness, property damage and loss of process, in compliance with all relevant legislations, and
for the preservation of our environment.

The management of Z-ENERGY CATV NETWORK, INC., adhere to the company’s policy
statement that people and workers are prime resources. The management shall implement a
safety program to ensure people’s safety and well being on and off the job.

Measures shall be undertaken to prevent damages and losses to equipment, materials and
physical assets of the company.

Through a sound safety and health program, the details on how people and property will be
protected are outlined. The same safety program encompasses our strategies in providing and
maintaining a sound, safe and healthy environment.

Program Coordinator:

The safety officer of Z-ENERGY CATV NETWORK, INC. is designated as Safety and
Health Program coordinator who will be directly reporting to the management.

Presentation of Program and policies:

As much as possible, a safety and health program shall be presented during safety and Health
committee meeting once a month.

Individual responsibility of the officers and members of the committee:

The Manager:

 Shall ensures that the SH Policy is maintained and enforced to prevent injuries to
employees;
 Shall ensures that the company maintains its capability and resources to operate
safely;
 Shall acts as Chairman of the SH Committee and shall ensures that all service
contractors are compliance to the company safety requirements;

The safety Officer:

 Plans, formulates, and implements a cost effective, doable safety and Health
Program.
 Monitors safety standards implementation, evaluation, audit and subsequent
compliance in accordance to existing Governmental Laws;
 Promotes safety to all levels through site safety awareness induction, education,
and training for all the staff and employees;
 Coordinates with the Office of Department of Labor and Employment;
 Investigates all accident and near-misses involving workers and recommends
corresponding control measures to prevent recurrence.

The Employees:

 Shall undergo the required safety orientation and site induction prior to actual
commencement of work;
 Shall obey company rules on different Safety and Health policy;
 Take part in safety trainings;
 Reports hazards and unsafe working conditions and practices to the safety officer;

This Rules and Regulations shall take effect upon approval by the majority of employees of
the company.

The company shall post at least a copy of this Rule in a conspicuous place in the workplace for
information of all concerned.
