I, MIKHAIL IVAN G. RAMOS, of legal age, residing at 540 Martinez St., Brgy.,
San Juan, Morong, Rizal, after being duly sworn to, do hereby depose and state that:
1. I attended the oath taking ceremony last 25 June 2020 via
teleconference within the Philippine territory.
2. I took a photograph or screenshot of the video conference showing
both myself and the En Banc Proceedings during the ceremony, herein
attached as Annex “A”.
3. This affidavit is executed in order to attest to the truthfulness of the
foregoing narration of facts in compliance with the requirements of the
Supreme Court for admission to the Bar.
