AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION
I, ZARAH JOAN P. GALLARDO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident
of Vincent Heights Subdivision, Damosa, Lanang, Davao City, Philippines, after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the same person whose personal circumstances are described in this


affidavit;

2. Sometime on August 2018, IKIGAI Japanese Tutorial Center, Cebu branch


office, applied for a business permit to operate with the Office of the City
Mayor in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. In said application, my name was
reflected as the owner of IKIGAI for purposes only of issuance of a business
permit.

3. However, the true and lawful owner of said business establishment is one
JANINE S. ESPINA, a resident of San Pedro St., Marapangi 3, Toril, Davao
City. She instructed me to personally process the business permit application
of IKIGAI, Cebu branch, because she was busy attending other business
matters.

4. I hereby confirm and affirm that I am not a partner nor a co-owner of IKIGAI
Japanese Tutorial Center located at 2nd Floor.,Door 5, Tipolo Square Bldg.,
Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. I do not hold any stocks, shares, interest or
profits from IKIGAI both in Cebu and Davao Branch Offices, nor was I an
incorporator or stockholder thereof.

5. I also confirm and affirm that I was completely separated and no longer
connected from the business operations of IKIGAI Japanese Tutorial Center. I
am not entitled to any shares, profits, or incomes derived from the operations
of IKIGAI nor was I liable for any legal obligations arising from its operations.

6. I do not have any claim or interest whatsoever with IKIGAI Japanese


Tutorial Center or its owner JANINE S. ESPINA, and I hereby waive any and
all claims and interests, if any, arising from my former engagement with
IKIGAI Japanese Tutorial Center.

7. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of all the
foregoing and for whatever legal purposes this may serve best.
