ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Me and my fellow club mates planned an activity called the Music and Arts Outreach
Program that aims to teach children specifically children who are in the elementary to let them
know and add their knowledge about music and arts. The main objective of this activity is to allow
learners to acquire , develop and master skills which provide them better opportunities in the field
of Music and Arts.
My one stop for this activity is located at Gibraltar Elementary School. The specialization
that I assigned for this first activity is the Rondalla Group. Whre they teach the students everything
about Rondalla whether its about our instruments or used termenologies in the said specialization.
We choose such activity to help those that wants to enter the specialization of Rondalla and make
it easier for them and that they’ll know what to expect when they want to enter such specialization
in Special Program in the Arts.
The steps of implementation me and the club members thought them first about the basics
in Rondalla like reading music notes and differentiating instruments. Afterwards, me and my
fellow club mates made a demonstrationon how to play said instruments and read music piece.
Lastly, we divided ourselves into different sections to prioritize each and every students on how
to play them properly.
The difficulties that I saw in this activity is some of them don’t want to cooperate and are
lazy to learn with there fellow students. But nothing more nothing less this activity went fine. Incase
this activity is cancelled due to unforeseen events , our mentor can simply postpone our activity to
another date. In this activity we don’t have enough instruments for the students, so we decided that
we lent the instruments to them first and later and borrow them when they need example.
Their may be some difficulties but as a leader I can say that this activity is successful with
the help of our mentors and my club mates. And ia am looking forward that this students will soon
be part of the Speacial Program in the Arts.
