Financial Associate Level
1) 72 Hours IDRA mandatory Agent License Qualification Program [Agent Training Program]
2) Refresher Training Program [2 Days-Classroom]
3) Basic Training School [BTS] [3 Days-Classroom]
4) Comprehensive Training Program [CTP] for Selected Financial Associates [4 Days-Classroom]
5) Skill Development Program [SDP] for Selected Financial Associates [2 Days-Classroom & field]

Financial Associate to Unit Manager Level


1) Potential Unit Manager Program, Phase-I [1 Day-Classroom]
- A Financial Associate should continuously work for 3 [Three] years as well as qualify once within these 3 [Three] years for
Awards Program by producing minimum 55 [Fifty-Five] policies amounting to PAP 7 [Seven] lac maintaining 85% [Eighty-Five]
persistency with 2 [Two] months observation
- After attending Phase-I training participants have to recruit at least 2 [Two] Financial Associates to sit for Phase-II program
within 3 [Three] months. Fails to recruit candidate will have to attend the same Phase-I program next year
2) Potential Unit Manager Program, Phase-II [1 Day-Classroom]
After completion of Phase-II program, the candidate has to qualify for Awards Program for coming years by producing minimum 55
[Fifty-Five] policies amounting to PAP 7 [Seven] lac maintaining 85% [Eighty-Five] persistency with 2 [Two] months observation

Unit Manager Level


1) Initial Management Training Program [IMPT] [1 Day-Classroom]
After being promoted as Unit Manager all new Unit Manager have to attend this training program
2) Workshop on Activity & Retention Management [WARM] for selected Unit Managers [1 Day-Classroom]
3) Unit Manager Development Program [UMDP] [3 Days-Classroom]

Unit Manager to Branch Manager


1) Potential Agency Manager Training Program [PAMA] [1 Day-Classroom]
A Unit Manager should complete at least 2 [Two] years as Unit Manager with at least 30 [Thirty] Financial Associate under his/her
unit and 60% [Sixty] should be active among them. Additionally, at least life budget should be completed in previous 2 [Two] years
consecutively maintaining 80% [Eighty] persistency

Branch Manager Level


1) Management Orientation Program [MOP] [1 Day-Classroom]
After being promoted as Branch Manager all new Branch Manager have to attend this training program
2) Agency Manager Development Program [AMDP] for selected Branch Managers
